Aspen Dental is place I consider a well oiled Machine. 1st upon me entering for my exam I was greater by a very energetic woman who was smart funny and very pleasant. I was amazed how fast she was able to get X-rays done. After the speedy X-ray was taken back to a examination room and was give a run down on what was going to happen next. She explained everything to the T. Waited maybe 3 minutes tops until the examiner came in and examined my teeth. That took like 3 more minutes tops. Then a few more minutes later the dentist came in ask how I wanted to proceed with the issue I was having. The dentist actually listened. And we together developed a plan.
They did not have an opening for an extraction right away. But I was able to come back in the after noon to get my tooth pulled. I highly recommend Aspen Dental to anyone who like a great customer experience

I went here about 2 months ago for a cleaning and some fillings because I noticed a cavity. The staff were very nice and great to work with during my appointments. I knew there would be some sensitivity and soreness for a little bit afterwards but it was still there when it should have been gone and wasn't getting any better. I gave them a call and was told there was nothing they could for me even though at that point I was in pain and had bad sensitivity like never before. I still have unnecessary sensitivity and get pain in the right side of my mouth/jaw. I have never had problems with pain or sensitivity like this before even after having had fillings.

Joseph Patrick ronquillo...I had a great experience with Aspen dental in Bradley,Illinois..for my first time denture.
Went back 3 times for adjustment..and I paid in full on my first day .and worked on
Imprint that day..very impressive..they made time for me...and they were very busy..she didn't have to .but being a truck driver 48 states,I'm on the road 3 months sometimes 6 months at the time..
So .today I called to see if they could slide me in for a one spot denture adjustment .it's been a while ..I'm in town on the 28th today being the 21 June for one day..I have 3 doctor appmnt..I ask the receptionist if they could slide me in schedule for a 15 minute appmnt .I explain my situation..and she turned me down ..she didn't offer me nothing else..I told her see you next year..she didn't react..didn't try to stop me
I was very disappointed..still I'm.. desappointed..I'm just blaming my job situation..im never home..thanks for your support .god bless you all

I've never enjoyed going to the dentist, I don't know anyone that does! But the staff here make it a great experience! Everyone is very friendly/professional and my hygienist Lindsey is great. She's helped me get my teeth back into shape after having avoided the dentist for too long.

Everyone with the exception of the receptionist were very professional, was questioned about my appt, as if I was trying to sneak in the back door, when I produced my appt. Card she wouldn't even look at it, after requesting it., almost as if I was a real problem for her. Rude!!

I absolutely loved my first time visit! It was quick and he admittedly knew what was wrong without poking me. Plus all staff were very welcoming and nice!! 100% recommended!!!

I honestly was totally amazed at the outstanding service that I received at Aspen.
I was treated with kindness and respect every step of the way!
Starting with the lady at the desk, secondly with the little gal who did my X-rays ( I wish I remembered her name) and then finally with the dentist, T. Seretis and his wonderful assistant Stephanie, who took such great care of me, all the way down to covering me with a blanket because I was cold!!
I was really impressed from the beginning how every step of the way it was explained to me thoroughly so I knew exactly what was going to happen and why. I’ve never had that happen before!
Stephanie worked really hard to make sure that not only I was comfortable, but especially making sure my crown fit perfectly and matched perfectly.

For the first time in my lifetime, I have had an incredible, life altering experience with Aspen Dental in the most positive way! I no longer fear going to the "Dentist" anymore! To sit there and finally NOT feel my blood pressure rise to the ceiling was an absolute blessing 🙏! Professional! Caring! Courteous! Understanding! Just to name a few things, is what's to be expected while you are being cared for with Aspen Dental. Thank you for restoring my long lost faith in Dentistry. I cannot wait for my next visit!

Dr Lakomy and his assistant Paige had me done with X-rays and cavity and sensitivity issues solved pain free in 😎30 min. Best experience I ever had a a dentist in 🦷40 years
