I've always had a great experience here. My current dental hygienist, Kyle, has been a joy to work with. He always makes my cleanings as relaxing and fun as possible.
On top of that, my teeth have never been as healthy as they are now! It means the world to me that he is helping me keep my teeth in good shape. Thank you to the whole Aspen team for always making me feel comfortable during my visits.

The East Peoria location was very kind and helpful to my Dad, who needed new dentures. Thank you.

First visit so it was basically X-rays & consultation. Not happy about having to pay $53 for fluoride when I get my teeth cleaned. In 47 years never heard that insurance doesn’t pay for fluoride!

This place is ridiculous I called to reschedule an appointment and it's 4pm here but the person I was speaking to said it was 5 pm. I don't know where she was but in East Peoria,il it's 4pm as I am still able to tell time. She said to wait a moment and then hung up on me. Yeah great customer service and I won't be going there.

I recently got a quick cleaning done because it's been awhile. I've never been to an Aspen Dental before, but I was super impressed at how inviting the experience was! Since it was my first time there, Haley at the front desk, helped me out with making sure my paperwork was all completed and answered all the questions I had! (I had quite a few). I can't wait to go back!

I had a great experience! The lady who did my x-rays she was really nice and made me feel very comfortable, the dentist & assistant were also great and explained my dental needs thoroughly answered the questions I had and didn't make me feel rushed and the two amazing ladies that helped me with financing were both very nice, helpful and patient while finding the best payment plan for me. I highly recommend Aspen Dental!!

Had my first new patient visit today and it was great. Everyone was so nice! Kyle did all my x-rays and checked my teeth before the doctor came in. He was awesome! So funny and kind, made the experience way better. He deserves a raise for how awesome he was. He really went above and beyond.

Was in the office for quite sometime but did get all my questions answered , got my ex rays done and received a print out of all that was discussed price wise. They actually printed out a couple of options for me to take home and think over what was best for me. Everyone was very nice and listened to my concerns and gave me assurances that I could use. The pricing was within my budget and I am anxious to begin. I never thought I would ever be anxious about going to the dentist.

I could not be happier with the treatment I received from Dr. Gonzales and his assistant Jenny. I was in a terrible amount of pain when I went in and they did everything they could to minimize my pain. It was my first appointment but they were able to treat me and get me back on my way to being healed. I also had a cancer screening that was completely painless and will be making it a yearly screening. Everything was explained to me as what treatment was needed and how it was going to be done before it was done so there were no surprises except how much better I felt in a short amount of time. The entire staff was friendly and professional and treated me as a person. Thank you Aspen Dental!

I am giving them three stars due to their lack of efficient front desk staff. I had to call 3 different time and gave my insurance info multiple times each time telling me she would call me back and never did. I was having the first part of a root canal done which is removing the nerve because I was in so much pain. When I got to aspen dental in east peoria the girl at the front desk told me my procedure was over a thousand dollars. I immediately asked about my insurance and she was like “oh what insurance”. I was like “the one you said you called yesterday”. Come to find out Aspen dental doesn’t even take my insurance but she never Called me back to tell me when she claimed she was going to call me back after calling my insurance. My procedure was only $230 the front desk girl almost had me paying over 1000 dollars more I was beyond angry. The dentist though was awesome and made sure I knew what was going on and made sure I wasn’t in pain: However they need better people at the front desk who know what they are doing. When the front desk people give you a price always double check. She could have cost me a lot of money and cost aspen dental a law suit.
