I highly recommend anyone with dental needs to go to Aspen in East Peoria!
I’ve put off going to the dentist for years because I had a bad experience when I was little. I had the worst anxiety in the beginning, but everyone who I met there made me feel so much better. I appreciate them all.
I didn’t realize they didn’t accept medical cards, but my exam and xrays were only $19.
My treatment plan is about $7,000 because I need a lot of work done. The consultant gave me a discount, and referred some good dental insurance. I’m definitely sticking with them because it’s worth the price.

The office location at 220 West Washington Street, East Peoria, IL 61611. If you are a monitories, they are charging you the full price and telling you, that your insurance company denied your claim. Yet they give you a discounted rate because of it.

Im a new patient ,and was treated professionally by all the staff,i was explained everything and the process was well paced and not a rush,important to me!.a well cleaned environment with cleaning in my presence, they worked well with my insurance co, the financial dept. Helped get me the funds to get the job done to my benefit, no job is to small, they have excellent facilities but will send you to another dr. Or give you the option for a second opinion so you have that peace of mind your not being taken to the bank. A special thanks and shout out to all the staff! God Bless ,E.J.Hiland

I was welcomed as soon as I got in the door, very concerned staff real friendly and family like. I was welcomed each time I went for my appointments the staff and the doctor are phenomenal they are very kind caring and loving individuals, they help me make the best decisions, and most of all the doctor is very truthful and concerned about your well-being,and wants you to have the best smile, he also is very serious about your teeth and want to help you every step of the way. i am so thrilled and so grateful and so happy for Aspen Dental to give me my smile back, I have a big smile everyday and I don't mind showing my teeth, I just want to say thanks Aspen Dental for all y'all there and especially Dr. Andrew London, you are more than just a professional, you are a friend and I want to thank you and the staff.

If I could I would give zero stars. Today I went for my appointment I scheduled for mouth pain. Called them multiple times for them to be closed. I confirmed my appointment through the email they sent me this week. I followed every step I had to go through to have this appointment today that I have been waiting for a week or so…. This is not the first time something like this happen and probably won’t be the last time for me or anyone.
I have the email below to show that I did have an appointment at that time I did schedule. If no one simply works on the weekend why have the opening and why let me schedule for that day? After today I don’t plan on going back ever and will not recommend here to anyone.

The experience was bad start to finish and will not be going back. There was a constant rotation of people and everything felt unorganized. The dentist we saw seemed nervous, had a hard time distinguishing if something was a cavity, and was wishy-washy on advice for procedures. I have never been uncomfortable going to a dentist before but I had zero confidence in their ability to do a procedure well. Scheduled first appointments with cleanings and after long waits they said we weren’t supposed to get cleanings and have to schedule them for another time. My husband spent a total of 2 hours during most of which he was just waiting and being shuffled into different rooms. As we were given information on cost and payment options for procedures they wouldn’t provide copies of the breakdown of costs to be able to see specifics or compare to standard costs. It was a very uncomfortable and frustrating experience.

For starters, I can be pretty hard to please ( lol) after a VERY long process of having 2 oral surgeries, a broken jaw from having teeth pulled ( completely different place than Aspen) a sliced open jaw, and HORRIBLE service from a different denture place.. I FINALLY got OUTSTANDING service here at East Peoria Office! Rylee, Susan, Mia, the ENTIRE team are completely TOP NOTCH!! I HIGHLY recommend this place!! Kudos to Aspen dental East Peoria!! Many thanks!!

Great friendly staff. Dr Gonzales is a great dentist. He explains everything clearly and answered all my questions. I will definitely continue to go there. Very busy place but right on with the appointment times. Maybe another dentist would help.

Zero stars. Absolutely awful. Unorganized, filthy, rude, will close and not call you to cancel. Will blame it on medical emergencies. Never answer their calls or messages and literally watched the receptionist pick her crack ... Just disgusting.

East Peoria is AMAZING!
I was going to the Peoria office, had some really bad experiences, as well as feeling like they don't really care for the patients. I called Peoria for a bad sore developed after my procedure and was told I'd likely have to wait for my follow up which was in 6 days. I called East Peoria 2 days later and they had me in office the same day! I was even informed that as a squeeze in I may have a little wait. Drew, Brady, Rylee and the whole staff are incredible and very compassionate. They fixed my issue and gave me a couple solutions to help. I will be switching my following care to East Peoria! Thank you so much EP Aspen your the greatest!
