My husband went to E. Peoria office in severe pain, office wanted to charge my husband over $600 to extract two teeth. Went to another dentist had both teeth pulled for less than $200. The office manager couldnt even tell us the difference between a surgical and simple extraction.. Seriously, should know the background of the field your in if your going to be an office manager!! Aspen dental is the most uncaring office for someone in pain and def is out for the money!!! Soo glad we found the other dentist that actually took care of my husband!!! I would give this office negative 50 stars if i could!!!

I had a excellent experience with this group. My care was great the whole time i was there. I was made very comfortable by Jennifer in the office, plus the rest of the staff all the way down the line (from the Dentist and the rest of his team).

Had less than 10 minute wait. The dental technician had all X-rays done and moved me to the hygienist within 15 min. The hygentist was very professional and personable. The doc came in within 15 mins. We went over X-rays, developed plan, talked to insurance office. Entire appt was an hour. The doc and entire staff were great!

Very congenial staff and so very glad to be back with Christy, my hygenist from a different dental office. Lots and lots of x-rays and glad to hear that my dental insurance, Delta Dental, is going to cover more than my previous dentist. I liked the fact that they have small TV monitors attached to their chairs. So far, so good.

While driving my aunt with a swollen face and extreme infection to her appointment ..it was 10 min before we were supposed to be there and they called saying they screwed up with scheduling and she would have to come in at another time. We told her we'd have no choice but to go to a hospital at that point and they did nothing. In fact my aunt was the one to ask about rescheduling for other teeth. They didnt even mention it. Or take into consideration this was an absolute emergency. Unprofessional and inconsiderate all around.

For the most part I was satisfied with their service. However, my satisfaction ended when I sat down to go over the money. First, they wanted me to buy a $135 toothbrush. No way in heck I was buying that. Then, they wanted me to buy a cancer screening. Since my insurance company doesnt pay for it I said no. After all that they they explained payment plans for they several trips I would need. They wanted me to come up wuth $200 before I could make an appointment and my first appt wasnt even $200. This place is all about the money. Im definitely rethinking my options. I shouldnt have to pay for services not yet completed especially since I have insurance that will cover almost all of the service. They must think money grows on trees.

I broke a tooth off below the gum line. And I was in tremendous pain. Aspen dental got me in within hours for an emergency extraction. The staff was polite and professional. The Dr. Had to work on me for over 4 hours. I wouldn't like to go through this again but I am so glad Aspen was there for me.

Could overhear conversations about other patients. Scheduling was a train wreck. Services didn’t get done. When trying to get my money back, pulling my infected tooth would have been easier.
