The hygienist Kyle, he is such a great guy! He is very personable and loves to make people feel comfortable. I would recommend Aspen Dental now and also in the future!

I had to return to get my teeth fixed. The dentist had a build up on everything he did. When they got me in the next dentist did a very good job. The part I’m unhappy about. When I got there they took x-rays. I was there to fix the problem from the past. At the end of the time I was there found out I was getting charge for x-rays. When I was going to make the next appointment they wanted to charge me for appointment coming up haven’t even been to yet. I feel like they were out for money. I should’ve never had x-rays taken I thought they were doing it to fix the problem they messed up on. I’m afraid I’m looking for a new dentist.

Aspen Dental has been a really good experience for me. Had all upper teeth extraction and full upper denture. Not one problem. I was concerned about all the work that I needed done, but Dr. I F Hamati, DDS PC and all the staff including Maria have been just great at explaining everything and helping me along. I still have several more visits to do but do not have anything but good to say.

Where to start... outside of the dental assistant who was quite nice , my visit
was not a good one. My first appt. I sat outside in 19 deg weather for an hour and a half because they were running late and did not call me to come at a later time. So what should have been an hour appt took 3 hours and 45 minutes. I asked for a print out of the plan for future treatments..I was told I could wait another 1-1/2 hours as finance mgr. was running behind. I asked them to print our a plan and I would stop by the next morning to pick it up.
Instead of going at 7:00 a.m. I waited until 2:00 p.m.....guess what no print out....I waited 1 hour and still nothing, so I left after making appt. for an extraction.
Day of extraction, I arrived 15 min. early as requested. An hour and 15 min later, I am still in my car waiting. I went inside and the gal at the front desk acted like she was surprised that I had not been called yet..she makes the calls????? Finally an 1-1/2 hours after my appt. time the replacement doctor tell me my doctor is out of state and he'd be with me shortly. So I said why make appts...if I'm going to have to wait so long. The doctor retorted (scarastically) if I didn't like it, I could always reschedule. I told him no thank you I already been there longer than I wanted to be. The tooth was extracted, and now I am told if I want a plan of action for future work, I could wait, as once again finance mgr. was running behind. I asked if they could just print it out and email it to me.
That was four days ago, I still have not received any info from their office.
I will not be going back for anything.....they have now lost a client.

Dr Gonzales is a great dentist. He explains everything clearly and answered all my questions as well as amber . Will definitely continue to go there in the future ,also very clean and professional environment. Dr. Gonzales and his assistant Jenny. I was in a terrible amount of pain when I went in and they did everything they could to minimize my pain. It was my first appointment but they were able to treat me and get me back on my way to being healed. I also had a cancer screening that was completely painless and will be making it a yearly screening. Everything was explained to me as what treatment was needed to get to get better i want to say thank you aspen dental!!!! 🙂

Had emergency dental issue Thursday night with a broken tooth causing constant pain and very little sleep. 1st thing Friday morning I'm on the phone calling my dentist only to find out he was out of town till Monday. I then called numerous dentists in the area and because I wasn't their patient, I couldn't get in until Monday. I'm a little worried now. I then called Aspen Dental and the gal was super helpful and got me an appointment in E. Peoria on Washington St. These people were great! They were booked solid and already had a couple walk-ins but they along with the wonderful Dr. Phoenix, saved me from a weekend of pain by staying the extra time necessary to extract the broken tooth. I had to wait awhile but I understand. Great Doctor and staff! Dr. Phoenix even spent more time showing and explaining all options for filling the void. I've scheduled that work with them. Great, personable and very professional staff. Highly recommend!

I had a broken tooth and in lots of pain. They were willing to squeeze me in before I took and ice skate to it(Castaway reference) I had a very difficult tooth that did not want to depart from my mouth but Dr. Gonzalez and Sunshine worked at it and eventually it released me! It was a longer than expected process for all of us but it went well and I’m on the mend! Thank you for being willing to squeeze me in!

I will not return! I have been going to this aspen dental for a few years and they seemed very courteous. Well I was told that they sent over paperwork to get an approval for a mouth guard and insurance was going to pick half up and I had a credit of almost $400 on my account at aspen that would cover the rest. That’s great! I went ahead and got the mouth guard. And now aspen is telling me that my insurance didn’t pick any up and I owe them almost $300. They say they aren’t showing any credit being on the account. So I called the insurance and they said aspen NEVER sent anything over to them to be approved. And to top it all off they did not do my crown correctly and I ended up having the tooth pulled after spending hundreds of dollars to them because they refused to pull it when I asked them to because they wanted to save the tooth by putting the crown in. The crown didn’t even last two years. Seems to me that this company doesn’t care about their customers and they just want the money.

The facility was clean and the staff were professional and didn’t make me wait very long, they appeared to take covid precautions seriously, they were understanding of my situation and why I needed so much work done, and Emilee Napoli put a lot of effort into working with me to find the best way to make sure I was able to pay for everything, which I really appreciate. Highly recommend.

Scheduling system cancelled my appointment without informing me. I drove all the way there and took time off of work. They also rescheduled my appointment 2 other times prior to this. I was going to give them a pass because it was just a cleaning and it was Covid and they gave me enough notice. This was insult to injury. If you don’t get a text the night before your appointment make sure you call to confirm your appointment. They should call before they cancel and not just depend on a text message.
