Communication is great and scheduling flexible. They took care of the main issues I was having right away and scheduled for re evaluation at my convenience. Everyone was really nice and the Dr. was quick, funny, and made me feel comfortable.

An excellent location to get your dental work done. Staff is very friendly professional and they take the time to explain what will be conducted. I want to add that during this Covid-19 period, they are taking the necessary steps to keep everyone safe as well as keep your teeth healthy.

Store is in there name for good reason. This place could teach a car salesman a lesson in sales. On top of not helping with what I was there initially for they demanded I sign an authorization form for their “plan” to begin charges. Look elsewhere.

I have always loved the doctors and staff at the dental store. I am an anxious patient and they always go out of my way to easy my anxiety and make sure I am comfortable throughout my visit. I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of effort they have put into keeping their office a safe place during the current pandemic. I felt completely comfortable being treated at this time!

They are a compassionate, kind, and caring staff that helped me with my wisdom teeth and toothache. I’ve not had any surgery before and it went really smoothly! I really appreciate them taking my appointment so quickly. They called and messaged reminders for appointments, procedures, and followed up on how I was doing and if I had any questions about recovering or anything. Life saver! I was in town for a convention, and a temporary front crown came off Saturday evening. I had a critical meeting with a company we represent Sunday morning, and I was panicked. THANK GOD they were open. I was at their door at 7:49am, they had me in a chair by8:10, and I made my meeting! I thanked the dentist profusely.
They were understanding, kind, and did a great job. It would be helpful if they had a way to understand which Sundays they are open. I lucked out. THANK YOU DENTAL STORE!!

I had to get my wisdom teeth pulled. I was in a lot of pain due to how much they had deteriorated. This place is an answer to prayer. They were able to get me in the same day that I called and they have an incredible an bedside manner. I cannot believe how nice everyone was and I felt so comfortable and they have the state of the art equipment. The staff was incredible and my experience was incredible and I will be going to them from now on for routine dental work. I am blown away by the great job that they did and I felt like I was in the best hands. These people are truly passionate about what they do. They are the best at what they do! ❤️🇺🇸

There are no evening or weekend appointments available for HMO doctors.
This is a big inconvenience as I had to take time off of work to take my son for appointment.
Cleaning tech was very nice and thorough.
Doctor was informative and nice. But seemed to be in a rush, looked at the wrong xrays, different patient. I am still not sure if cavity information they told me about my son is correct?

Mostly, a great experience! This was my first visit ever to this practice. I was so impressed by the level of care they have taken to protect their patients during the Covid-19 pandemic. I felt very safe and comfortable during every phase of my appointment.
I am part of a dental HMO, and sometimes you can feel like a bit of a second class citizen with those. I felt very well cared-for and treated as if I were paying for an expensive procedure out-of-pocket! The X-rays were done very professionally. Dr. Goldstein did a quick examination of my teeth and seemed both knowledgeable and insightful.
But the star of my visit was the hygenist, Tanya. My teeth get A LOT of plaque build-up and she did a superb job of getting them very clean. She also offered me tips and advice on how to floss better, and which electric toothbrush and toothpaste combo would be best for my specific needs. She was very professional and helpful.
I would have given 5 stars, and my only complaint is that I was not informed about the mandatory $10 Covid fee ahead of time. I gladly paid the fee to help defray the cost of the substantial measures they have taken to keep everyone safe. One of the administrative staff, Marilyn, was actually very rude and gruff when I brought this up at the window. She also had a difficult time understanding a question I asked, but we eventually got to an answer. Oh well, one bad apple...
