Very impressed with their procedures of sanitation for covid exposure. Limited patients in office. Temperature checks. Their air filtration system in each procedure room was phenomenal. I have never felt safer in a medical office. Awesome job.

When you have a problem is when you realize how great it is to have all specialists under the same roof. In the same visit I was able to receive a scan and have it reviewed by the dentist and periodontist. The next day, the root canal specialist confirmed their analysis and within a week I had a complex surgery with both surgeons present. The surgery went very well and the follow up care was above and beyond. I have only positive things to say about the Dental Store!!!

My hygienist Kanari is terrific. She seems to really care about my dental health and gives great advice for maintaining my teeth. The office really takes Covid19 precautions very seriously. My only complaint is the office was very cold. I had to use a blanket to keep warm during my cleaning today.

Great dental office. Dr. Brenner is amazing!! He is gentle and always makes sure I am doing okay. The rest of the staff is very friendly and professional.

Amazing cleanings as always, they even got me in right away before my insurance has a lapse. I also have a fatal disease and when I had tons of cavities (not my fault) I brush 4 times a day, Dr. Glen is compassionate and so caring and understands. He fixed my teeth for me for a price I could afford. I even went home crying to my husband that a doctor showed compassion and helped us out and I got taken care of. We will be moving soon but you better believe I will make the hour drive to stay with them. Once you find a good dentist you stay. Their staff is always nice to me and doesn't rush me off the phone nor out the door which I really like.

I've used the Dental Store for myself and had no complaints. However, that's changed this past week.

My wife took our 6 y.o. daughter on 12/18/19 so they could check out, and fix what looked like, a cavity. When my daughter was brought to a chair she and my wife were asked "are you ready for the extraction?" My wife was completely taken aback and corrected the tech, telling her why they were there.

A confused dentist was finally brought over and he confirmed that it was indeed a cavity but they'd take x-rays just to be sure. When the tech couldn't get the x-ray film into my daughter's mouth, she gave the little cardboard card to my wife and told her to do it.

Cavity now confirmed 100%, they told my wife she'd have to bring back my daughter when the pediatric dentist was there. We were under the impression that was whom she was seeing, her being SIX YEARS OLD and all. But, nope. The pediatric dentist only works on Saturday mornings. A dental office that claims to be a family dentist (families sometimes include children, I think. I know mine does) which is open about 60 hours during the course of the week and they have a peds dentist for only about 5 hours of that time?

Fine. We reschedule for 12/21/19. The "pediatric" dentist reminded me of a grandfather who doesn't really like children. I've been to the dentist a time or two and have had Novocain before. He used the paste to numb my daughter's gum then immediately shot her up. And then immediately after handing off the needle to his assistant, he started drilling. All the while my daughter's crying and struggling and I regret not grabbing the dentist and throwing him out of the room and taking my daughter to someone else.

Throughout the process he kept telling my daughter that if she'd only listen to him, it wouldn't hurt. Or if she'd stop crying he could finish and we could be on our way to have a happy tooth for Christmas. He had other things to say but he assured her in a gruff, grandfatherly, "I hate kids" sort of voice that any discomfort she experienced was her own fault.

Needless to say, I'm not returning to the dental store for either of my kids, my wife, nor myself.

Extremely clean and very professional yet friendly too. Julia is very thorough, friendly and just a sweetheart.
She is an excellent hygienist and I would never want to change to anyone else!! She gives excellent advice and cares about her patients.

Excellent service. I was impressed with the professionalism from everybody working on this office. I would definitely continue to go to this dental office for cleaning and any dental work needed for my family.

I absolutely love the dental store. They take extremely good care of their patients with awesome bedside manners and care. From reception, to intake, to nurses and staff, all the way to the operating room I felt like I was in good hands. In the past 7 years, they’ve installed my sons braces which was a multi layer job. Even after loosing my job and insurance they worked out a payment plan with me to finish the work they started in his mouth. Let’s just say his teeth look awesome.

I was in today (10/24/2019) for a wisdom tooth extraction (I know it’s case by case basis) but so far I’ve had minimal swelling, expected pain but I feel my prescribed medication is managing them well.

I know I can find cheaper places in the city to visit but I wouldn’t dare!!!! I love the dental store.

First time visit on a recommendation for tooth extraction. This place works like a well oiled machine and the staff is caring and friendly. I will be returning for more work!
