I lost a crown, and when I called their office they fit me in immediately. I had saved the crown and as there was no damage to the crown Dr. Glenn was able to reuse it. The office and staff are scrupulous about following all covid guidelines, so I was totally within my comfort zone.

Everyone from the front desk, dental assistant, hygienist, and dentist were friendly, caring and capable. They do go the extra distance to make things right and I highly recommend you ask for Jackie (Dental Hygenist) and Dr. Tova.

They took the time to warn me about a possible hiccup with my insurance, did everything they could to resolve it, but insurance was being obstinate and unclear. After cancelling the appointment then calling the insurance agent myself, then deciding to just go ahead with the appointment (after about an hour of deliberation) they fit me in WITHIN HALF AN HOUR of the appointment I just canceled. 10/10

Being new to the area I did not have a Dentist. When a crown on my tooth from previous dental work came off I was able to call The Dental Store and they were incredibly friendly and got me in immediately. The place was very clean and the staff very friendly and helpful.
