The Dental Store

I found this place on google reviews and therefore should pay it back. This place got me in during a dental emergency when my regular dentist could not. Aside from just generally being available, these guys were super nice, very caring, and HUMAN with empathy and I had been suffering for ten days and I needed them. I really appreciate everyone I have interacted with at the dental store and do not intend on returning to my previous place

Fabulous, professional, thorough. Easy to make appointments, little to no waiting in the lobby, and a spectacular staff that makes you feel comfortable.

I had the best experience ever at this Dentist Store. I engaged with at least 4 of the women at the front desk. Each one of them were very nice.
Dr. Scott was very informative and had a very calming effect.
I came back the same day to see Dr. Kalokhe , and she was the same. The whole atmosphere there is just very warm and pleasant!!

Went in about a month ago had to have a tooth pulled called and got an appointment within the hour as this felt like an emergency to me, my tooth had cracked that morning. The staff here is amazing, not only were they so helpful they also kept me at ease since this was my first tooth extraction ever. Everything went as perfect as I imagine. They even called as a follow up to make sure I was healing okay. Couldn't be happier with my experience and found my new dentist office!

Editing my review- I ended up with dry socket which is a fairly common complication following wisdom tooth removal. I called the dentist and he said the pain I was feeling was normal and would go away in a couple days. It didn't. Called again like a week later and they said they couldn't get me an appointment that day and that I should go see a different dentist if I needed an emergency appointment. So I did, and they confirmed I had dry socket. The reception here is extremely rude if you need anything and the dentist just ignored the pain I was having and was no help.
Had my wisdom teeth removed here, was able to get an appointment 2 days after I called. They took out my wisdom teeth the same day as my consult. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Was in and out within an hour. Highly recommend👍

Really pleased with their service. I like how they look at your insurance and break down the cost beforehand so you're not randomly hit with a bill at the end. Being cost conscious is something that's very important to me. I recommend dental hygienist Lana. She took her time to explain everything and makes sure your teeth are good and clean.

The Dental Store Schaumburg is top notch! Jackie is the best! She has been my hygienist for over 15 years and she does an excellent job, friendly and professional care. Dr. Gelman is amazing as well! Just had two crowns put in and they are the best ones I’ve ever had. As for Covid procedures, they have a ventilation system in place and partitions between patients. Excellent sanitation and precautions taken as well. This is one of the best medical places I’ve ever been to and would highly recommend!

My son was assigned Dr Brennan who was overall good. My problem is with the staff. Scheduling my son in was a complete nightmare. Mandy at the front office kept getting confused about insurance when we were paying out of pocket. It took over a month to schedule my sons second extraction that he developed a lump above his tooth from the infection. The pediatric dentist agreed to pull my sons two teeth for a set rate. We had one pulled and then had to come back for his second one. Mandy had informed me that he will not do the second one now for the set rate because he doesn't take our insurance. Duh...that's why we were paying out of pocket. We ended up having to go back to Dr Brennan (not Pediatric) .The dental hygienist was clearly NOT good with kids. She did nothing to make my son feel comfortable at all. She was extremely rude .She talked to my son like a 50 year old man...hes 7. I have worked for many doctors and i'm not sure how these two work here. We had a great experience with the staff when he got the first tooth pulled. We will be back for a spacer to be put in and I will update my review based on that.

Let me start off by saying this is my first review ever and that I've never took the time to review a location. So, that right there speaks volumes. Albeit, I have only had two visits to the Dental store, I was super impressed with the staff and facility. Everyone from the receptionist, hygenist, dentist, etc. were all very respectful, nice, transparent, and professional. My initial visit was exceptionally thorough, light years ahead of any dentist office I've ever been too, with numerous checks, x-rays, and pictures. All procedures/care that was recommended and its associated costs were explained very well. The dental office is very clean and up to date. I also had a deep cleaning performed, which went incredibly smooth with no pain. I highly recommend this place!
