The Dental Store

I'm a part of their in-house plan, so I've been back and forth for many visits.

The dentists and dental assistants are great, don't get me wrong. I have had a lot of excellent services such as root canals, crowns, and more done at TDS.

I am dissatisfied with the lack of transparency in pricing, and value of their services. I have been back for 3 pretty expensive treatments and each time, I am quoted a price prior to the treatment that is less than what they eventually charge me after the treatment is done.

And I thought I was the only one who felt the reception could be a bit rude, but it looks like I'm not the only one that has that opinion.

I won't be returning after my year in their in-house plan is up.

The Dental Store were available for my son's emergency tooth extraction. We were met at the door with care and professionalism. The assistant took time to explain COVID measures in place to ensure all our safety and scanned both me and my son. The extraction went without worry and was quite fast. By the time we reached home my boy was free of discomfort. Thank you.

Great service always at the Dental Store! Recently there for routine check-up and cleaning. Then, returned on 12/7/18 to prepare for my first tooth crown by Dr. Jason Brenner. The Shulkin's and their team have provided top flight professional services for our family over 20 years. I highly recommend! Update: Went here again on 12/21/18 for Dr Brenner to apply the crown. Perfect fit...thank you!

I visited this place for getting braces for my son with DR KUNNEL. The orthodontist and dental hygienists are good. No problem with them. The receptionists are rude. They especially one M/S M behaves very sarcastically and rudely with a set of customers. I think she has a lot of racial feeling or I don't know what her problem is. Whenever I have to take an appointment for the next check up it is always a non flexible and rigid scheduling not according to my terms and when I get to other receptionists it is fine and they can fix it right away except this M. She needs to be customer friendly or else I am going to some action before we end up our term with dental store.

I had the pleasure of being a patient at the DENTAL STORE in Schaumburg. Great job communicating with me during the closure due to covid19. I returned yesterday to finish my procedure and I was treated with special, gental care and advised of every step during my visit. Every measure of safety was used from the moment I walked in to my exit. The staff is professional and friendly. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE DENTAL STORE for all of your dental needs.

They recommended extraction for two teeth. I called for an appointment to do the extractions. On that day the surgeon looked at my xray and said why do you want to extract this one, I told him that was recommended by the dentist, he said this one has a root canal and shouldn't cause you any pain, but he pointed to another one and said if this one is causing you pain in the future we can take it out. Also I pointed to another one and said what about this one, he said I am not sure cause the numbers are messed up. He meant the dentist is referring to the wrong teeth due to wrong numbers. Then he told me to hold on and if i have pain in the future to come for extraction. Later i called for another appointment for extraction and they could not schedule me cause the surgeon comes every other Thursday but they referred me to another dental office. I was shocked to receive a bill for $69 and they called it "Consultation with surgeon" No comment.

Today was a crazy visit to the dental store but they were able to get me in quickly. Solved the problem with my cracked tooth. Dr.Glen and Tammy are a awesome power team! We switched treatment plans on the fly due to pain I was having & was handled great for the situation. Even got a courtesy call later just to check in, how nice is that?! I would highly recommend for all your dental or ortho needs.

This place is THE BEST! I had a dental emergency on a weekend and called my regular dentist who could/would not see me until the following Monday when the office opened again. I did not want to wait two days! So I did an online search for emergency dental services, and I was able to get the direct on call connect number for Dr. Shulkin. I was very impressed that he answered the phone himself! He advised me to head out to their office, and he called ahead to let them know I was coming! Everything went smoothly from there. Dr. Gianni and his team were wonderful and took very good care of me. Dr. Shulkin called me later to see how I was doing and if everything went well. I am switching to The Dental Store practice!

Let me just brag about this place for a sec. They are incredibly warm and kind, and genuinely care about you. Marilyn is awesome and so sweet. As well as Dr. Glen and Tammy. They always take care of me and I can trust them with my smile and expenses 😁

I had a dental emergency and reached out to them. I was not a patient of theirs but they agreed to see me anyway. I had a bad experience at a former Dentist and had not been seen in about 4 years. (Scary I know). Anyway, everyone was very nice considering the Pandemic. They were prepared with gear on and sanitizer everywhere. I like the Dentist Dr. Koco he explained everything and I left feeling confident a ouy next steps
