I love Dr. Glenn and all of the staff at The Dental Store. They are all so very kind. I spent most of my life not going to the dentist. And that finally caught up with me. I had a bad infection and needed to get a root canal. I was terrified. But they did their best to calm my fears, and shockingly, it didn’t hurt!! So I have been going back regularly to get things back in order. Dr. Glenn is willing to work with me on payments and priorities. I would (and do) recommend The Dental Store to all my family and friends.

Been going to The Dental Store for several years. Very courteous, and nice staff. Appointments are always on time. The clinic is very beautiful and clean. COVID prevention protocols observed. We moved to a different town but I still drive out to The Dental Store. It's not easy finding a new dentist. Julia Goma, the hygienist, is really good, courteous, gentle and professional.. My kids love her too.

Best dental office I’ve been to, dentists and hygienists are knowledgeable and give enough time for each patient. Administrative staff are very nice, organized and tantalize with almost everything. I don’t recall I experienced anything that I disliked at this office. They definitely stand out!

Had a deep cleaning today. Asked the hygienist for nova Caine injection because of the sensitivity of my teeth, was in horrible pain after the right side cleaning. The hygienist gave me 2 injections but only numbed the top of my mouth. I informed her that I could “feel” bad pain on the bottom, but told me, “Don’t worry you are almost done.” So I had to finish with no pain meds drilling my bottom teeth and in pain.
If a patient is in pain, and a nurse, dentist or hygienist tells me to just “deal” with the pain, it’s not somewhere I want to bring my family. I would not want my family to go through pain in their procedure and be ignored. Everyone else has been great with our care, I won’t say that the whole practice is bad. But the experience I had with the hygienist on 2 appointments was not ideal for pain management.

Dr. Gelman has been taking care of me for years, and I trust him to give me treatment alternatives, clear explanations and sound advice. Their protocols for safety during the COVID-19 crisis are really impressive. All in all, a highly recommended practice.

I had a great experience at the Dental Store, they took me in as an emergency and even waited past the time they were supposed to leave until I showed up.
The staff was very friendly and this place is very clean, and has a very welcoming atmosphere!! I highly recommend this place to anybody who is looking for a good dental office. Also, the work I received was excellent I even made an appointment to come back for my regular dental worth because I felt very comfortable. My wife cannot believe it because I do not like to go to dental offices especially since we are 40 minutes away.

I have since moved 30 miles away from Schaumburg, IL but I have not switched to a different dentist.
