Great Customer Service from the initial call through the appointment. Great patient approach (what they used to call bedside manner). Everyone spoke directly to me, let me know what was going on, paused for questions, were not rushed.

They are inconsiderate of a persons problem if you need to cancel an appointment. I had a surgery and could not make it to my appointment and i was charged a fee. The staff is nice over all in person experience was good.

Moving back from Florida, I was looking for a Dentist. Upon entering The Dental Store for my first visit... I explained I had no insurance and would be paying cash. I asked how much today's visit would be and was told about $120 maybe a little more. I had the same issue handled by my previous Dentist which was $144 so I was fine with the quote. After my visit I was presented with a bill for $250. I explained I had been quoted $120... eventually they brought out a supervisor who I confronted that I was quoted $120 and I was being charged like I had insurance. I told her everywhere else I paid cash the Dentist discounted for cash. Finally, she said "Give him a 20% discount" and just walked away. I paid the bill but needless to say it was my last visit. I am looking for a Dentist who understands their market and makes me feel like They have my interest in mind. Not one who misleads me and requires the need for me to negotiate with them.

I called with an emergency toothache and they took me within an hour. It turned out to be a 3 part root canal but the entire staff from front desk to dentist has been knowledgeable and seems as they geniunely care. Its a larger practice with a small office feel. No one enjoys a root canal but the experience has been nothing but excellent with working with me with payment options to scheduling to walking me through the best option to save my tooth. Highly reccomend.

Tanya is an awesome hygienist! She’s so fun which is great for my 3 teen sons. We love all the dentists that our boys have seen. They take the time to explain all the details to moms and kids.

I had accidentally arrived at my appointment early (time was messed up in my phone's calendar due to Daylight Savings time change). But they were still able to squeeze me in. My wife & I have been going here for the past few years & have been very happy. Definitely recommend!

I cannot say enough nice things about Julia (my hygienist)...she's my absolute favorite and the reason I love getting my 6-month cleaning!! Dr. Scott is also excellent...patient and thorough. :)

Very friendly and welcoming office. Hygienists are gentle but thorough. This office has all specialties (except orthodontia) so no running around to have problems resolved. Love Dr. Scott! If you need a dentist, strongly revommend this office.

I am not happy with my experience at the Dental Store. 1. When I called after the covid (summer 2020), they lost my last record and scolded me I didn't finish work. Even if were true, it was covid time, it's fine for people to be afraid to visit a dentist. Then, when I asked could I schedule a visit, an employee told - I don't have time for you. It sounded like they didn't want to see anymore. 2. I could visit a doctor for routine cleaning. In the end, a doctor checked my teeth just to confirm that I had the same issues as previously. Then, they charged me for this check that I never asked to do, and that was like 2 mins. They charged me twice from expected for a cleaning price. I didn't have time to argue that time. But I won't go to this place again.
