To be incredibly honest, I could not sleep at all the night before my appointment. I have had mostly negative experiences with dentists growing up. My experience with Dentistry at Somerset was the first time I left the dentist feeling excited to return. As a PhD student, my time is incredibly valuable and I felt that the office was quick and adamant about being as productive as possible during my appointment. I was greeted by Wendy who gave me a virtual tour of the office and gifted me some awesome glassware! Gillian and Hayley made x-rays as easy and comforting as possible. Gillian frequently checked in on me to ensure that I was not in any sort of discomfort. Marnie was adamant about getting me back in ASAP so I could get my cleaning done before the semester gets busy. Dr. Krook was professional and clearly explained to me my options and a plan going forward. I appreciated the transparency that he provided. I don't remember the dental hygienist's name but she was a rockstar and I could not be more happy with my how my teeth turned out. If you are considering Dentistry at Somerset, I would confidently recommend them to any family member and close friend.

I love Dentistry at Somerset. They are always so accommodating to my needs. I first came here when my boyfriend needed a tooth extraction What decided me come was they treated my boyfriend so good and when didn't have dental insurance. I do have dental insurance and pricing has always been very affordable.

The staff are friendly from the time you walk in the door, until the time you leave. The front desk team is hospitable and the dental hygienists and dentists are very caring. My whole family comes here and I would recommend them to anyone. (The comfort amenities provided are an extra plus!)

All the staff makes a point to know each patient. They are friendly and caring. Hand down the best experience I have had going to the dentist. By far the absolute best dental experience I have ever had. The facility is very modern, and their Covid precautions are outstanding. The hygienist Bailee had a great sense of humor, and also took the time to help me understand how I could better my oral hygiene routine. It felt like she truly cared about my health and put in the time and effort to show me how to properly floss, which no hygienist has ever done before! Dr. Niegsch provided a thorough exam and put together a plan to get me back on track. This office will give you a dental experience unlike anything you’ve had before!

I was impressed from the moment I walked in because Shannon was so incredibly friendly and started by giving us a tour and a welcome gift. It is very clean and they offer a lot of extra amenities on their comfort menu that make your visit more enjoyable (I chose the warm neck wrap). Everyone at the front desk was so friendly. They have really put a lot of thought into great customer service with all the extra touches. I brought my toddler along for her first checkup as well and they are great with kids. Josy was so helpful when my two-yr-old was getting antsy while I was having my turn in the chair and she gave her some stickers and took her to the toy area. My hygienist Maddi was awesome and thorough and Dr. Niegsch was very friendly and knowledgeable and explained everything well. I can’t say enough good things about Dentistry at Somerset!

The doctors are all amazing; caring and compassionate, and the precautions they are taking for Covid-19 are incredible. Always able to make room in their busy schedules! I've been going to Dentistry at Somerset for over 20 years (way before they were located where they are now). I now live over an hour away and I would never even think about going anywhere else. Everyone is always so friendly and go above and beyond to accommodate any need I might have. However, the dental care I've received over the years is the true reason I keep coming back. They don't just treat you while you are there, they show you exactly what you need to do at home to avoid future issues.

Great staff, modern facility--Dr. Niegsch is fantastic. Going to the dentist is not my favorite thing, but Dentistry at Somerset makes it a pleasant experience every time! Highly recommend!
