From start to finish, every person was friendly, and catered to my needs. They make the whole experience pain free and even have a comfort menu to make sure your time is less stressful. They start with a tour of the facility to put you at ease right from the beginning and end with your needs as a patient in mind. Eden was my hygienist and was wonderful to talk to and made sure my time in the chair was pleasant. When the Doctor came in the process was seamless and he was all about explaining what needed to be done in the future. He did not try and squeeze every service he could from me. I would highly recommend Dentistry at Somerset!

My experience here has been nothing but phenomenal. It had been a while since I last seen a dentist, and I was nervous, but the team here has done a great job making me comfortable. they work very well together and have made the best plan to continue to get my teeth and gums healthy as possible. The added comfort menu truely does help and actually getting a tour at the start was very helpful. I’m glad I choose them to restart the care I need .

I was visiting from Texas and ended up having an emergency partial root canal on a Sunday! Dr Neigsch was awesome! He did it without an assistant and I actually dozed off after being numbed up! He made sure I was comfortable during and after my visit and made sure I had info to pass on to my regular dentist.
There was no problem with insurance or payment and the cost was very reasonable!
I recommend him to everyone living there...kind of makes me want to move home!

I had a good experience at Dentistry at Somerset! My hygienist was very good! Sorry but I don’t remember her name, (getting old). I don’t remember names like I used to be able to do! Instead of having to scrape teeth, she can now use water to clean teeth! I liked that better and it’s better for her, too! My dentist was new to me but she did a good job too and told me something to watch!

Absolutely wonderful experience. Probably the best time I've ever had in a dental chair. The dental assistant was courteous and informative (especially about her two awesome dogs) and Dr. Niegsch is knowledgeable, understanding, and a fantastic dentist. Highly recommend. 5 out of 5!

I'll never say I love going to the dentist now but I actually don't mind going to Dentistry at Somerset. They have a bunch of methods available to help you feel more at ease and be able to have dental work done. They're really nice people as well.

Great dental visit. Staff was so friendly; I had an office tour and gift bag on arrival , comfortable waiting area with coffee or bottled water. Facility was very high-tech, clean, and well laid out. After a consult with the Dr we had a plan set up for my whitening , my next appointment set, and all costs explained.

I’ve never had a bad experience at Dentistry at Somerset. I absolutely adore their “comfort menu” or items that help people like myself with anxiety. I always go for the weighted blanket, squish ball, or lavender scents. Aside from that, their service is phenomenal. Every cavity I’ve (unfortunately) had has been filled with no pain and no problems, they even got me a new implant tooth within two weeks! Their cleaning service is very cheap and give gorgeous results too. I’m glad I found such a wonderful and affordable dentist in Ames. I highly recommend it!

The staff at Dentistry at Somerset are AMAZING! This was my first visit there and I felt so appreciated and comfortable. They even greeted me with a tour of the offices and a gift for choosing them! I've never had that happen! Leah was so attentive and explained everything to me as we went through the examination and cleaning processes. I have always had a slight fear of going to the dentist due to issues when I was younger, but Dentistry at Somerset alleviated any of those fears and I highly suggest you check them out if you are looking for a dentist in the area!!

Staff was very friendly and the service was very professional. They numbed me up nice and good! There were a bunch of us veterans in there today so Chilling in the lobby with the other veterans was fun. I got my cavity fixed and they got me on my way. I'm just glad I was able to get my cleaning scheduled 3-4 weeks from now.
