Had a horrible interaction with an employee here. It’s unfortunate that a seemingly reputable place would keep her around acting the way she does.
Sorry, but this is indeed the correct place. Your employee Bailee B. should really be terminated. I did not even get to the point where I would be in your system, because that's how quickly Bailey B. deteriorated the situation. Unfortunately the actions of those whom you employ reflect on your business as a whole. I will delete this review if you show proof that you have taken action and removed this individual from your employment.

First off, I had a very painful abscess, and they were able to work with me to get me in right away, so huge props to the front desk staff for that. I am not the easiest to work with sometimes due to my work schedule, but they really bent over backwards to make it work out. Secondly, I have SEVERE anxiety around going to the dentist, but this office is such a calm, welcoming, gentle place. The staff did everything they could to put me at ease, the dentist listened carefully and explained everything that was happening, it was genuinely one of the best experiences I've ever had with a dental office. I will absolutely be back for routine care to hopefully prevent another emergency!

I felt like they did a much better job cleaning my teeth (shout-out to Megan) than my previous dentist and could not be happier with my choice coming here. I stopped in the offices without an appointment this morning because I was having significant toothache near a crown that I had installed years ago in another State. The staff was very accommodating and fit me in almost immediately. Their level of service and caring was very evident. Best dentist office I have ever experienced.
