After experiencing dental anxiety with my previous dentist and moving to Ames, I decided to try out Dentistry at Somerset. I have been blown away by my dental experiences here!!! I received a tour of the office and nice blanket on my first visit. They offer beverages before/after your appointment, and everyone genuinely cares about patients. I put off going to the dentist for a year and a half, and I have had no pain during my last 3 visits since November for cleanings and fillings, and my dental anxiety has significantly decreased. I joke with my family that it's like going to a spa - I get a lavender scented neck pillow, a weighted blanket, lip balm, and headphones with netflix during my appointment. From the front desk girls to the hygienists to the dentist, every person in this office truly makes you feel like family. If you are looking for a new dentist, look no further and book an appointment with Dr. Krook!

I can’t enough good things about Dr. Jason Niegsch, DDS at Dentistry at Somerset. I had a problem with my lower plate and he never hesitated to help me. He and his staff treated me absolutely terrific and the day before Thanksgiving my plate was returned and within minutes he made any adjustments needed and I was on my way. I had company on the way and I greeted them with a big smile thanks to Dr. Niegsch. He made my whole day!!😊

As someone who’s very anxious when trying anything new in life, the staff at Dentistry at Somerset has gone completely above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and at ease, just in the few appointments I’ve had with them so far! Their online scheduling service is an introvert’s dream, I feel like sometimes the hardest part of making an appointment is just calling! The hygienists are always so kind and do a great job of explaining what’s going to happen and what to expect at your appointment before the doctor comes in, not to mention their Comfort Menu that allows you to choose from a plethora of items (Netflix, aromatherapy, stress ball, etc.) to make you feel at home! It truly feels like a spa in a dentist’s office. Dr. Morgan is wonderful as well, she’s super personable and awesome at answering questions in a way that makes sense, but doesn’t make you feel dumb for not knowing! The whole staff really takes their time getting to know you and your concerns, which is I feel is so uncommon in any kind of healthcare! I will keep coming back to this awesome place for as long as I can!!

I was absolutely blown away at how amazing the staff is here!! Every single one of them went beyond out of their way to make sure my nervous little ones were comfortable and taken care of, even giving them little welcome gift bags when we first walked in! It always means a lot when an establishment takes good care of your kiddos, I give them a 100/5 stars!!
