My visits over the years with Dentistry at Somerset have always left me very satisfied. I used to dread the dentist before that, but their friendly and family atmosphere is very inviting. I've noticed a definite improvement in my dental health since I have my teeth cleaned on a regular basis now. Wonderful experience! Danielle the hygienist was fantastic- very knowledgeable and really great at her work. Dr. Niegsch was very thorough and told me options. The facility is very clean and the staff was very welcoming. Lots of high tech equipment— the best visit to a dentist I’ve ever had.
My second visit for a crown and a cavity repair was excellent. Shannon the assistant did a great job. Dr. Niegsch is an extremely talented dentist.
Update: I had further work done and I continue to be extremely impressed with the excellent skills and care at Sommerset Dentistry

My children have both recently become patients here, and had a very enjoyable experience. My 12 year old does not enjoy dentist visits, and his response when I aske how it went was, "It wasn't too bad." I also enjoyed the communication with the dentist at the end of their visit. Very professional all around.

What a great start to my weekend! My hygienist Megan was professional, gentle, and very friendly during my cleaning. Dr. Krook was able to repair a filling for me the same day, pain free! I definitely look forward to my future visits and highly recommend Dentistry at Somerset!

I've recommended this dentistry to many people whether they have a dentist somewhere else. As I've said before this Somerset Dentistry is the best in all of Iowa, if not beyond! I began this dentistry when I first moved her to Ames in 1983 upon a referral from a friend who was a patient there in their other location. I had to stop for a few years of not accepting Title 19. In 2003 Dr. Readhead, at that time accepted me back which I & his s was thrilled about! He was my dentist until the day he retired. Not knowing if Dr. Niegsch would accept me as his patient, there are no words to express my gratitude when he did! For over 10 or so years he, his assistants, & staff have been so gracious to me I feel honored to be a patient there.
I would definitely, sincerely express to anyone that Dentistry at Somerset is the dentistry would ever want knowing their care will be nothing but honest, caring, helpful, & most of all listening to what their patients have to say, whether is be good or bad.
