I was a new patient, and EVERYONE in the office was so professional and welcoming. Both my hygienist Danelle and dentist Dr. Niegsch were knowledgeable and very informative. The office is very up-to-date with modern equipment and offers an incredibly pleasant environment with many optional amenities. I had the opportunity to review my care plan thoroughly including the associated out of pocket charges after insurance; so there will be no unexpected surprises. I had a wonderful experience and will be coming back regularly!

Excellent communication. I always have more than enough questions; they do not shy away from answering them all and they answer honest and truthfully. Dr. Neigsch and the staff explained thoroughly as to why, how, what needs to be done and what to expect. Excited to finally have a solid plan/solution for long term care of my teeth going forward. Such a nice place with very friendly staff. They put in so many nice touches to make your dentistry experience pleasant: a tour when you first arrive, a gift for new patients, and a “comfort menu” where you can choose a heated neck pillow, a blanket, lip balm, and more. Happy to have found this place in Ames. :)

This is my first visit for consultation and I enjoyed the experience very much. Upon arriving I was given a tour and a welcome gift. This has never happened to me before at other places. Rooms are spacious and clean. Everyone was friendly, respectful, and professional to the extent that you feel you were treated with genuine feelings. Dr. Niegsch was patient and understanding in explaining my situation. Will check back later and hope my problem get fixed.

Everyone there has been very friendly and taken excellent care of me. Love their "comfort list" - watching Netflix while getting a filling was great! And I love the little touches, like the flowering tree picture cover on the light above the exam chair.

I recently needed a root canal done, and I did not have a primary dentist in Ames. Luckily, a friend referred me to Dentistry at Somerset! I was in within a week for a cleaning and consultation! The procedure was painless and surprisingly comfortable! I watched my favorite show on Netflix using noise canceling headphones! Overall, it was one of the best experiences I have ever had at a dentist! I have been recommending Dentistry at Somerset to all my friends and family in the area!

Amazing experience with this dental office. If you have any questions, you can always count on them to answer emails in a timely manner. EXCELLENT communication with their patients from both the doctors and administration. The doctors and assistants take your comfort seriously and check in with you during procedures. They even ask if you prefer quick run-throughs or more detailed explanations of what's going on during each appointment. I loved how thorough Dr. Krook was with the dental assistants to ensure procedures were being done correctly. You are always greeted when you walk in the door. Everyone is very nice and SO PROFESSIONAL that I wish other companies took notes. They answer all of your questions and make scheduling and referrals very easy for more serious procedures like root canals, which I needed. The office I was referred to for my root canal was amazing too. In comparison to other dental offices I've been to, I have never had a more personable experience than I did here. On one last note, I appreciated their non-interest payment plan options, as it can be difficult for college students to pay off the entire bill at once. I'd recommend this place to anyone.

The staff there are so warm, yet professional, and made me feel extremely comfortable and informed about what they were doing. I recently got all 4 of my wisdom teeth extracted, and I actually looked forward to going to Dentistry At Somerset! (Loved listening to the new Taylor Swift album, Midnights, with many other items off the Comfort Menu too) Dr. Jason Niegsch did an amazingly efficient and precise job during my dental procedure. I also loved that dental hygienists like Leah, remembered personal things about me like that I was there last November too for a filling replacement and we chatted about the most recent Taylor Swift album then too. Looking forward to my next cleaning in January! (I canceled my cleaning back home in Boston so that I'd have an excuse to go to D@S haha :)
