Horrible place of business showed up to my appointment on time from my free X-ray and exam had to wait 20 mins and I’m the only person in the waiting room and 1 person in the back getting there teeth worked on. I finally get called to the back and get the X-ray done then they put in an chair and leave me there waiting for an hour until the hygienist comes in nice lady apologized for the wait and walked me through everything and recommended I get a teeth cleaning but after she left it was another 45 min wait to actually see the dentist and the dentist looked at my teeth not even 5 mins and said I should have all my wisdom teeth pulled which is not even the reason why I came in there for but after only seeing me for not even 5 mins she leaves and the nurse comes in and trying to sell me all kinds of extra stuff that I don’t need. Stay away they will have setting for hours and then try to shove sell after sell down your throat

I worked with Keiry Castaneda at the Aspen-dental location in Ankeny IA I just want to say what a wonderful job she did, she was very professional and knowledgeable and concern about the well beings of her patience. Keiry made a bad day into a great day for me! She gave 110% in went over in beyond to make sure I understood what was going on. I am going to recommend this location in the staff Expecially Keiry to friends in family that need any worked done. Yes I will be visiting this location again!
