Overall an abysmal experience. $1700 + dollars for teeth cleaning (not completed) and having wisdom teeth pulled. I made the mistake of pre-paying for services. After a few days, I didn’t think it was necessary to move forward with my business there. When I called to cancel my appointments and get a refund ($1500 for some fillings, lol), I was told it takes 2-4 weeks. They continued to call, text, and email me reminders even though I called twice to cancel. Do not waste your time here!

Just avoid Dr. Steven Yuan if you are in pain or need something done fast.

This is my second experience to a dentist's office and I would say it is not the best for any kind of doctor visit. The nurse who took my X ray was amazing but Dr. Steven Yuan was just indifferent and did not care. I was in a lot of pain and I did not know where the source of the pain was. I booked an emergency appointment and showed up with a few hours.
he looked into it, the Xray showed my wisdom teeth were pushing my teeth inwards from both sides and the pressure on my jaw structure was creating the pain. So I had to get the wisdom teeth extracted.
I asked him if he could do it cause I was in a lot of pain (even though I was not trying to show like i was, i did tell him that), he said he did not have the time. He was apparently seeing 2 patients at a time and the other one had a problem with his crown and was struggling with chewing meat. The doctor had the time for long conversations about vacation destinations and food, fixing the crown and joke about things with him but was very indifferent and careless about the fact that I was in extreme pain. I told me I do not need to go under and he can extract it as is when he told me he did not have the time at 4 or 5pm on a tuesday.
My first dental visit I had a similar situation elsewhere and when i told them that it was too much pain to bear, they helped extract the tooth on the spot but this one was just preposterous to deal with.

The dentist Dr. Yaun was a bit aloof as I asked questions, he took offense and said I have been doing this a long time. However he presented me with many options and we decided on one that was agreeable to me. He seemed very knowledgable. The staff was kind, listened and explained everything to me. They also accept many insurances which saved me over $1200. The facility could use some updating and thorough cleaning, yet it wasn't dirty overall. Paint pealing and dirty garbage cans. I didn't feel it was unhygienic.

I look forward to my new smile and working with very knowledgable people.

If you don't have insurance this is the place to go. They will work with you on payments and financing. Highly recommend.

Not happy at all today was the worst they did not numb my mouth like they did the last time trued telling him and kept on going tell I had my knee s clear up into my chest then gave me a shot in upper mouth which hurt so bad without numbing it and then goes to work back on my teeth telling them that I was in pain and they said oh it'll be a week or so and trying to charge me more money tried calling the hotline all day long to get help with them staining oh you'll get a call back in 20 minutes what a joke been calling since 11:00 this afternoon and here it is 5:30 and no call back. very mad and upset never been treated like that and if you are not going to take care of your clients y even say you going to call them back in 20 mins your emergency call is a joke

I called Aspen Dental due to my insurance company recommending them. I explained to them my issue which was severe pain for the last 3 days they were able to get me in right away and assess the problem. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating and understanding as I was very upset and worried about everything. Doctor Steve is great and I felt very confident and comfortable with him.

So funny really. Scheduled a cleaning. After waiting in the exam room for an hour and an excessive amount of x rays, they say okay follow me out. Haha that was it, sitting there with my bib on having not had a cleaning I was confused to say the least. I have now made an appointment for the real appointment. Haha where is Ashton Kutcher hiding, where can I get a copy of the video showing me laying on that exam chair with a bib on for a full hour Haha what a dolt I must seem 😅 and they never cleaned my teeth

Will not go ever again nor recommend them to anyone. I went in for a checkup here because I had recently moved to Iowa full time. They found cavities and a follow up appointment was made. I went into the filling appointment in no pain, however after a day I was in incredible pain. I was told this was normal and that it may be sensitive for up to 4 weeks. I now have ended up with 1 root canal and I will need more root canals in the future. Do not go here, I am in pain months after, the cost savings is not worth it.

I went to Aspen Dental yesterday for a wisdom teeth consultation. I was there 5m early and filled out the paperwork ASAP and was ready a little after 4pm when my appointment was scheduled. I was not called until a little after 4:30pm. I got x-rays done and was seated. Dental hygienist came in and hardly said a word to me. Someone sent me back out to the lobby to wait at 4:45pm. I sat in the lobby for 30+ minutes before someone brought me back to the office for the quote. Out of the 1.5 hours I spent at Aspen Dental yesterday, I was only actually attended to for about 15m. What a waste!

Overall, bed side manner was poor and the wait was much too long considering I heard folks laughing in the back and only saw 1-3 other patients. That said, after insurance, the quote I had on my wisdom teeth surgery was reasonable and the office assistant helping me schedule was very friendly.
