Everyone was super friendly an helpful. I’m paying for not taking care of my teeth growing up. Had to have an emergency extraction today. Got me in exam and X-rays. Pulled the problem tooth an set up a plan of action to fix the rest. Hate I waited but these people make it easy. Thank you guys!!

Wonderful, friendly, helpful staff. My bite was not quite right from a previous dentist visit at another unrelated facility and the Doctor was nice enough to readjust it for me. It was quick and painless. No numbing required and I really appreciated that I was able to IMMEDIATLY feel the difference in my bite. The DA made easy conversation and I could really tell how much he loves what he does. Definitely my best dentist experience.

Ankeny office got me in quickly and provided top notch customer service from the front desk, to provider, to billing. 10/10 recommend.

Old school straight to the point setup. Been to a few dentists over the years and the sleeze there way into your wallet with gimmicks and stuff. I have alot of respect for the people at Aspen dental. They broke everything down that I needed and discussed pricing before they did anything and didn't try to upsell me on anything unless I was interested. Reccomend them to anyone.

I do not recommend this practice—I wish Google would allow me to give them 0 stars! The staff has no respect for your time or schedule. Their lack of communication and concern are subpar at best. Multiple visits with negative experiences—and the tooth problems were not resolved!

Everything about my visit was great. Super nice staff, dentist explained everything. Even got me in the same day for a root canal. I’m happy with my choice in Aspen Dental.

Every single time I have been here everyone from receptionists to dentist has been prompt, courteous, patient, professional, and easy to talk to/ask questions. I come here for my full set of Dentures, and will continue!!!

The only positive thing I can say about this place is they got me in quickly the dentist was a rough and when they started working prior I told them I still have feeling in my mouth and they started anyways and they had to stop in the middle of pulling my tooth and give me more Novacaine! Then I ended up getting dry socket which was my own fault but I returned a couple days later in excruciating pain and they said take some Tylenol well anybody that ever has had dry socket nose that Tylenol does not even touch the pain that I was in I literally spent a week in bed they would not give me anything I had to go to urgent care to get anabiotic‘s even that would work! And then not to mention also I literally sat there for two hours before they started working on me when I got there they took me back in about 20 minutes and then I sat back there for an hour and 45 minutes almost before I finally seen the dentist! The front desk lady was very nice but as for the rest of my experience it was very poor unfortunately.

The good: I got in quickly and, at least two days after the appointment, I think my problem is fixed.

The bad: I won't be going back. Communication was poor. No one walked through the appointment structure. I expected a teeth cleaning with my exam/crown fix and that didn't happen. There were two assistants (both reasonably kind) who were present at different times throughout the appointment, but apparently neither were hygienists (the office doesn't have any, and if I want my teeth cleaned in the future the dentist would do it). I still don't know the name of the dentist who had her hands in my mouth and she hardly acknowledged me as a human.

As a truck driver i always have a problem to get any appointment. Now after many years my teeth give me a terrible pain and it happens when I just picked up my next load in NJ going to IA. For weekend i stop home in Indiana, but when I checked all surrounding area dentists at Monday, nobody was able to help with no appointment. I called my dispatcher Tuesday morning and explained my problem. My destination was Ankeny IA and right after my night stop for delivery I had appointment next morning in Aspen Dental Clinic in Ankeny. Terrible pain was taken all my power and slipping time off me for last couple days. I was so happy, when I received msg from my dispatcher about the plan. Visit the Aspen office at morning seeing nice, friendly and ready to help beautiful ladies. Dr Steven Yuan was taken care of my problem and after few ( terrible long) minutes he leave me out of my torture. I'm so glad I stop there with this nice team. Thank you Dr Yuan, thank you all stuff.
