First time there was 7-05-21 Seemed pretty cool! The entire staff was welcoming and amazing. Didn't wait long at all to get in. My husband and I both had appointments at the same time and they moved us right along. Knowledgeable and made us feel apart of the process. Shout outs to Nicole, Tasha, Halley, Trisha, and the roaming Dr. Hartvisgen (who was fabulous) and wish he would be there permanently! Thank you all for a great visit! <3

Had an appointment at 8 30am didn’t get called till almost 10 then when I got to the back had to wait another 30 minutes to see the doctor. Then once he came in he said ok let’s take a look by the time he was done I was given an estimate for over $ 2,300 dollars and had to make another appointment to get the tooth pulled that I originally came in for which I had to pay for upfront before they would make appointment.

The entire office was friendly and the doctor and hygienist were thorough and cared about my comfort. Highly recommended!

I never felt like a valued customer. I waited a Total of 90 min at your location (between waiting for a chair, waiting in the chair, and waiting yet again to speak with the financial management). The dentist looked at my teeth for all of 60 seconds or less during that time. It had been almost a full year since my previous visit where I only had x-rays and a visual exam. I had expected at least new x-rays and a cleaning for my trouble of waiting. All of the recommendations were based off old information and the extremely brief visual exam of my teeth. I was then cast off to wait outside again, only to be told I needed almost $3000. I did not feel like a valued client, but just a potential money bag to be collected. Scare tactics were used to have me purchase extra services that were barely explained and hard to believe based off the brief encounter.

I was 10 minutes late for an appointment and the hygienist wouldn't see me. Do they know how difficult it is for some people to take time of off work for an appointment? Do they think it is easy to just reschedule and come back? My last appointment they took X-rays for a sensitive tooth. I waited for the dentist, but they were busy. They said they would call with the results and to schedule a follow-up, but they never called. They put sealants on my teeth and they were cracked and causing sensitivity within 3 months. I left each appointment feeling like a bag of money rather than a valued customer. It's hard to get anyone to answer your questions while you're there. I've never had such difficulties with dental offices.

Aspen Dental was great. The dentist filled me in on many areas of why I had past issues with other dentures. He explained how dentures are suppose to fit properly and what I could expect from my fittings for the dentures. I highly recommend Aspend dental for all dental needs.

Aspen Dental saved my weekend. I would absolutely recommend them to everyone. I broke my front tooth on my plate. They got me right in and out in one morning with a new tooth. At a very reasonable price. They are the greatest. I had a wedding that weekend n was up from Texas. They literally saved my weekend. Thanks so much Aspen Dental. And they were the friendliest people. Very accomdating.

Poor office practice and they then blame the patient for their mistakes. Would NOT recommend them to anyone.

I went in for an emergency visit and the office manager sweet talked me into signing for a line of credit which I did not need and was informed the only charge was an 18$ copay and everything else was covered. I received a credit statement for $1,080.00$ today 1/22/22 and my emergency service date was 1/12/22. No work was done, only pictures were taken, and I sat in their dental patient chair for a while doing nothing. Do not go here.
