When I called for my appointment the person on the phone was very personable, yet professional. I got an appointment the same day. I was treated professionally by all of the staff there. My exam was great and follow up appointment set for next week made.

Do not even consider 'this' Aspen Dental location. Other locations may 'ok' but fear this one.

Until Dr. Duy Do is replaced with a competent dentist, my recommendation is to steer clear, and then approach with caution.

For urgent issues, use Great River Medical Center.

Just plain nasty!

Once the procedure started, the care and attention were good quality. However, every appointment has been running 10-20 behind schedule, and the suggested total of two appointments to secure new dentures has turned out to be actually a minimum of four or more appointments. Initial information was misleading.

The West Burlington Aspen Dental team is excellent, i actually look forward to my visits. The techs, Onika, Tasha, and Amy are warm and immediately put one at ease. Rachel, the secretary is gracious and always welcomes patients with a smile. Jennifer the office manager is shear joy-shes positive and, professional; her goal is to make sure your expectations are met on every level. Then there is Brandi, laboratory tech. Brandi is selfless, she works tirelessly behind the scenes, going above and beyond. Her only concern is your happiness and peace of mind. West Burlington ASPEN DENTAL is empathetic to one's needs, quick to resolve your issues, and is a standout in a service oriented world!

The travel dentist was very nice and professional. I wish the actual dentist was more like the travel dentist. I have to get a crown re done because it cracked in half and was less than two years old. The dentist struggled the day he put it on and I've had problems with it since, it finally broke.

My husband had a tooth pulled which went well. The problem started when they initially told us it would cost 100.00 to pull the tooth. After extraction they told us we only had to pay 45.00 and his insurance covered the rest. Then a month later we get a bill for another 45 so we pay it then they bill us saying we owe 80.00. Now we just got another bill saying we owe another 80 or we will be sent to collections. This is the fourth charge for the same extraction his insurance already paid for. Will be contacting them and then an attorney if this is not resolved.

Everyone was so nice and it felt like they cared. Each person I talked to really took the time to explain things in general, but also when I had questions. Don't think I have ever walked out of a dentist smiling and feeling good about myself before.

The staff was awesome. However I went in for a broken tooth and they came up with a $12,000 plan for my teeth. I was very overwhelmed to say the least.

I went to Aspen Dental to get myself some dentures because I was tired of having an ugly smile. Everybody at Aspen Dental is so friendly to me that I feel like they're my family the doctor pulled 16 teeth in one day and put the dentures in I was expecting to be in a lot of pain but surprisingly I've had very little pain I would recommend anybody to go to Aspen Dental

Love Nathalee and the office staff! They are gentle, caring, and make going to the dentist a less unpleasant experience. Also, they're flexible and always work with my crazy schedule.
