I don't like that every time you go you see a different dentist. I always feel like I'm uncomfortable with a new provider...and they cancel appointments ALL the time due to staffing issues.
On a good note, everyone has been nice when I am there. But the frustrations noted above have made me switch to a different place for my dental care.

VERY DISSATISFIED with my dentures. I have asked to have them redone because the are so big I cant hardly eat with them and my snap in one wont stay snapped in worth a darn

Very pleased at how quickly I could get in as a new patient with severe tooth pain. They were very goid about going over my options. The only thing that I would say was off is that I had to ask for pain medication to get me through until the procedure could be done.

At first I wasn't sure what to expect. My past dealings with dentists have not been good. Now with Aspen Dental I recieved the red carpet treatment! I loved their hospitality and care. The employes are very nice. But the price is stupid and ridiculous for someone that is on Social Security. Total was just for a bottom implant and was 17,000 plus and after was 13,000 plus. Cant believe anybody ever got anything done.

First impressions are important: they were courteous, efficient, on time, and the business office was helpful & compassionate. Second appt included 2 extractions and they were calming, sweet, informative, and patient/skilled as they surgically removed these teeth. I felt zero pain. Yay!

I went in for my initial visit to see about getting dentures. The staff was amazing!!! Everyone was friendly and helpful and even though my appt was later in the day they got everything set up for me to start treatment and get temporary plates in less than a week. That is great service in my book!!!

All they really do is lure you in, do absolutely no dental care, refer you PLUS have you have to come back to them and want you to spend a thousand dollars on top of having very good insurance and giving you a "because you have insurance" discount. No help whatsoever. Just a scam. Pointless visit. When I made the appointment I was assured that everything I needed could be done there. Just wait and switch tactics.
