During a pandemic I can understand having to wear a mask everywhere I go but to wake up early in the morning for dental visit that I desperately need (my face is swollen) and then get turned around at the door because I have my child with me is unacceptable. I was told that I was only able to be in the building and I would have to reschedule...which means I will never been seen because HELLLOOO, it’s a pandemic. Worst experience wont reschedule ever.

I brought my father in for some denture. We have been to several dental offices where we had really bad experiences. My fathers enjoyed his experience with his doctor because he works side by side with his lab tech named tam. Dr Digney introduced himself and explained the procedure with tam which helped us understand the whole process better. Tam and dr Digney brought my fathers smile back! The denture fit great and he didn't have to come back for any adjustments. I highly recommend these two if you ever need any dental work done!

My sister was seen right away. The hygienist was sweet and so patient with my sister who is special.

My dentist said i had to get a root canal or suffer a toothache for Christmas
He doesn't do root canals. I called a clinic (very expensive place i quit going to because i couldn't afford the prices) .Was told i could come in next year for a "treatment consultation" $ $$$I
My wife called Louisiana Dental Center. They said the endodontist was there. Come on in! Walk in!
Tooth fixed! They saved the tooth and they saved Christmas for me!
Reasonable prices! Fast emergency services! And they speak Spanish!

Switched dental centers from Jefferson to the Westbank and it's been the best decision ever. Dr. Digney is awesome and my hygienist, Jeanne, is so sweet. She's thorough, always on time, and very knowledgeable. I go every 6 months for my cleaning and she takes her time and is patient. Only thing worth the drive to the Westbank lol. Highly reccomend her and the establishment.

I have never been to the dentist where I had to have a tooth pulled and didn't leave the office in pain. But I had three pulled at once and after I had no pain and and very little bleeding. I would recommend anyone with dental issues to give Louisiana Dental a call

They messed up my teeth so bad i cry everyday. A very big mistake for gone their. Please make sure before you give them money & let them work on yor teeth. My mouth is still swollen after a yr & they made my bottom gum jus disappear at the bottom when they wk on my tetth. Idk. Please ck around for someone else first. Your mouth is the center point when people look at you.

Great, professional staff!!! Desiree, Dr. Dyer, Courtney, Brittany and Dr. Bird were great and showed that they cared and operated in integrity. They took their time to talk and I didn't feel rushed.

My mother had her teeth pulled and dentures put in at this criminal organization. They told her she could drive herself after the procedure. Unfortunately, I live in Mississippi and had to work and was unable to bring her like I wanted to. After she was done and doped up, she was bleeding everywhere. She pleaded with the receptionist for a towel and in that snide southeast louisiana attitude told her to go to the bathroom. She bled the entire way home and almost passed out several times. When I saw her, I wanted to punch a hole in this dentist's face. Her jaw is swollen even 5 days later. She has two large bruises on either side of her lower jaw line. She easily could have passed out on the way home and killed herself or someone else because they do not care. They got their money so to hell with you and anyone on the road. Not sure how this dentist sleeps at night. I promise you the Louisiana Dentist Center uses a company to provide fake reviews to drown out the one stars. We had a company like this offer us their services where I work. We refused.

Definitely a great place to get dental work done! Dr. Bird and Brittany were a pleasure when I brought my daughter there. Dr. Digney is great as well! Thank you Louisiana dental!!
