The service was top notch and the staff was very professional. I usually get nervous going to the dentist, but I was completely relaxed during my visit.
They have a very good process for COVID and I felt safe in their waiting room. 10/10 will visit again!

I have been to many dentists over the years but have never truly been completely satisfied. That is until I came here! From the moment you walk in the door, you feel so welcomed. I am horrible at the dentist as im terrified to the point that my body trembles. They made sure I was very comfortable and reassured me over and over. I was actually calmer than I usually am. I saw Dr. Byrd my first time and he was so thorough explaining everything to me making sure I understood and was aware of all options possible for my treatment plan. The assistants were also very nice and helpful in keeping me in my comfort zone, scheduling my future appts and going over it all with me in detail. I have went back twice for treatment and the hygenist was just as great going above and beyond for me. The prices with their dental plan are unbelievably affordable and unlike any other office's plan (ive had a few from reputable offices in the area and louisiana dental plan makes all the others look like a joke) ive seen! From the front desk staff to the dentists, this place is amazing and I highly recommend them!

Everyone is really professionally, I know that I'm in good hands everytime I have an appointment. They are also very friendly, I enjoy going to the dentist ( didn't use to enjoy) but I feel more relaxed when I go.

As I walked in I could see the seating was all adjusted for the COVID 6 feet. There was an attendant at a table to take my temperature, offer me hand sanitizer, and a two page questionnaire to fill out about the virus. Then I sat and waited. I was seen 30 minutes early. Not bad! The doctor I have is a hoot. She is always happy and laughs at my jokes, but when it comes down to business she is professional all the way. She made a teeth cleaning a very enjoyable experience.
Totally recommend the place, the experience, and the dentists!

Shay and Theresa helped with so much information. Britney ,Juliette , and Kelly did an amazing job with my service and my doctor Ms. Jackson was so gentility also , I could def recommend this clinic. They were all just very fast and well spoken.

The hygienist was so informative and patient with me, And I loved that doctor Bird said we are going to take care of you. He really seems to have a plan to change my life. After a year of serious health issues. I'm grateful and thankful for them. And sweet Shantel.

Excellent service, very professional and very conscious of social distancing in the waiting room. Took my elderly father for a consultation with Dr. Moncada (periodontist) and the care that he and his assistant Jasmin gave him exceeded my expectations!!!!

Unfortunately this was a pretty bad experience. I was unaware that they double book the appointments with surgeries and was unable to see the doctor due to not being able to wait an extra two hours after being there for 1.5 hours already when they told me the consult would take 45 minutes. I went in for a very specific issue and was able to take X-rays, but the xrays of the problem area were “lost” when I requested to have them sent to my dentist. The techs and receptionists were friendly. I can’t speak to the periodontist because he did not have time to see me that day. I asked if we could reschedule for a different day and the next available appointment was a month away and they could not guarantee that he would not be in surgery all day during the available time slot. It seems they are overwhelmed and maybe too busy for proper care of patients. I am a medical professional and understand wait times, but problems tend to get worse if the doctor doesn’t have time to evaluate you because they are taking chances on whether you will be able to be seen or not. I also update my waiting patients on things like the doctor you are waiting on still being in surgery an hour and a half after your scheduled appointment and that there are multiple patients to still be seen in front of you. I can’t speak to the periodontist, Dr Moncada, as I wasn’t able to see him, but I believe his workload should be lessened so that he can properly care for his patients.

This facility is absolutely amazing! So glad I finally found a great dental office. Dr K is great and the assistant Brittany is the best! She made me feel so comfortable and totally eased my anxiety. Thank you Louisiana Dental center!

They’re practicing social distancing and following COVID protocols at this location. My dentist is Dr.Henson and he is so amazing and thorough! My hygienist is Carol, i can’t stress enough how gentle she is when cleaning my teeth. If she isn’t available I also do recommend Nicole as your second hygienist. My experience prior to them were terrible, it made me afraid of the dentist but fear no more! Come check them out! Make sure you ask for them!! ❤️
