This is truly a dental team that works together; and also, they make you feel comfortable by sharing every detail of what they're about to do "before" they do it, and while they're performing the procedure... I absolutely would recommend anyone here for their dental care... And most importantly, they work with you on everything including payment arrangements and that's a "HUGE PLUS"... In closing, I'd like to send out sincere thanks to all the staff that participated in making my dental experience a successful one from day one. Dr. Bird, Assistant Michael and Simona, and also to Mrs. Kelly at the checkout. You all are absolutely amazing in every way. Keep up the good work! God Bless!...

Went in last week for my biannual cleaning. I received EXCEPTIONAL service by Lynn! Very attentive, knowledgeable about up to date techniques and products. I was even covered in a faux mink throw to keep warm during my cleaning! It can’t get any better than that.

If I could give 0 stars I would’ve. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had dealing with a dental office. If you or your spouse is an active duty military member or if you are a dependent DO NOT GO HERE! They turned me away at my appointment time because they didn’t verify insurance ahead of time even though they were given all the information weeks in advance. Then waited until I had driven all the way home to call me and tell me they made a mistake on their end and could I come back now!? I never get days off from work and this was a complete waste of time and energy. After being incredibly rude and incompetent in person they did not even apologize for the mistake or the attitude when they called me to come back. Hope this helps anyone in a similar situation, don’t waste your time. It’s not worth it!

The young man that services me had excellent customer service skills. He was very personable and easy to talk to. He knew what to say and how to say it to make my experience as comfortable as possible!!

I had waited too long - that was my fault. Im giving them one star because they got me in on short notice. What they didn't tell me until I was in the chair was that they could only do limited services as it was a same day appointment. The front desk and all the other staff I interacted with ( except one tech) were disinterested at best, rude being the norm. I had 2 private insurances and they didn't get that correct. When I asked to use the bathroom after the end of an awful procedure, they said sure - then walked me to the payment desk. Never would go here again.

Got ok dental work. The staff was friendly but didn't know their job the way they should so that means the emergency appointment that should only take 30/45mins at the very most took only 45 minutes in and back out of the door. I know they have emergencies but on this day i had a broken hip and my daughter was sitting outside in the hot car. Every since I started coming here about almost 2 years ago. The ONLY REASON I haven't changed yet is because they owe me a pretty big credit and they will not give it back. I just can't wait to change dentist cuz they think they r getting over someone but I've worked in ALL areas of dental, orthodontics, oral surgery, lab work, front desk, accounts receivable and payable. But by then I gave birth to mt 2nd child so they cannot and will not take advantage of me..

I had my teeth cleaned by Carol and she has been the best hygienist I have ever dealt with. She is very informative and can answer every question I have in regards to my oral health. Carol also cleaned my three year old niece’s teeth and has been a major influence in teaching her about taking care of her teeth. She sometimes wants to brush her teeth four and sometimes five times a day!

Dr Dyer is the BEST, HANDS DOWN. I have had two root canals with her. She was brutally honest about the health of my teeth and the precautions I need to take to keep a full mouth of teeth (I REALLY APPRECIATED THIS). She literally did my root canals in no time and I experienced very little pain after. I only took my pain pills once! Desiree IS THE BEST DENTAL ASSISTANT! I came in with horrible pain and could barely even talk. There were no appointments for weeks to come and I was like PULL IT! Desiree went over and beyond to get my an appointment in two days and some meds to hold me over until then. She also took another look at my account and realized my root canals were no where close to the outrageous quotes I was originally given. That was also a huge help. There are things that could be changed as far as every time I go no one knows that I’ve already made a payment or why I’m there. It’s seems to be a lack of communication. I always ask for a copy of my bill and all my previous payments because you can really lose a lot of money if you are not proactive. Other than that, the people are nice and the place is also very nice. JUST REMEMBER DR DYER AND DESIREE AND YOU JUST CANT GO WRONG! Dr. Sylves is a really nice Dr too!

Amazing facility; today was my first visit and all the staff were very pleasant and the aesthetics of this place is quite pleasing as well as clean. My dental hygienist was Amber and she was a pro and had intricate precision in her craft. Dr. Taro was very nice as well. Will be returning for a filling and will make this a routine place for my dental cleanings.

Dr. Dyer at West Bank, Dr. Wallace on Magazine and Dr. Mercado at the Metarie Location as well as all their staff have given me the best dental care I’ve ever had. They all really seem to care about you and make you feel comfortable and informed.
