Louisiana Dental Center is so very clean. Very nice staff. The young man that was work with me, was polite, patient, and very concern about how I was doi ng, was I comfortable. I recommend to go and get your beautiful smile back. Dr. Pham was very nice and patient with me. Dr. Pham had great concerns about how I was doing and explained to me what he see needs to get done. Asked want I really want done
Very affordable, and show you a plan that works for you. They don't force you to do it all at once. Going back to finish the rest of the work in about 2weeks. Got to get my smile back.

This dental visit was the best experience that I’ve had at a dentist in a very long time. The staff is the absolute friendliest. I went in for a root canal retreat. Dr. Dyer and her assistant, Simona did an awesome job. They made sure that I was comfortable throughout the whole process. They have restored my confidence in dental visits.👍🏽

The staff are amazing,,, they take their time with you, talk with you, and actually listen to you. If you're not satisfied with something,,, they will do everything they can to solve the problem and make sure you're happy with the results. If you're looking for a compassionate and friendly dentist,,, then look no further....... everything about this place is amazing. All I can say is, stop reading these reviews and call them and try them out for yourself. I promise, you won't be let down

The Dental Hygienist was really nice but Dr. Bird and the receptionists were extremely rude. When I walked in, I was not greeted at all. I was just asked for my name, ID and insurance card after waiting a couple of minutes for the next receptionist available to end a phone call. Once I was in the back for a while, Dr. Bird came in to examine my teeth, he didn’t introduce himself but instead listed the dental care that I needed to the hygienist. When I asked what all was needed he said the hygienist could let me know and left. He was in the exam room definitely less than 2 minutes. He seemed to lack patience and was very closed off. Note: I only know his name now because the hygienist mentioned it after. I had other questions while still there, instead of coming back into the exam room to answer, he answered them through the hygienist, which was a back and forth situation. He did not explain anything that I needed to get done to me personally, the hygienist did. The prices here are extremely high especially for the poor rapport with this office that is experienced in return. I refuse to pay so much to be treated so poorly. I will not be returning to this office; I would like to patronize a dental office that exhibits compassion, makes you feel comfortable and offers great communication about care instead of making the patient feel like a dollar sign and being rushed out of the office like I felt here. This was the worst dentist visit I have ever had and parking here is also terrible, would give zero stars if possible.

All I can say is WOW! To the greeting at the door, to checking in , and to the cleaning. GREAT communication, Great attitudes,& Great environment. They were able to get myself and my two kiddos in and out with smiles! This is the place is awesome every time we come ! Shout out to the awesome staff, y’all are working it !

Awesome experience. Always professional, courteous, and most importantly on time. LDC Denist made sure she removed all the plaque from my teeth by taking X-rays after procedure.

They were all nice and concern about you!!! They were cleaning up really quick after everyone as they went to the back and wiping down ink pens and binders as well.
I was in and out within 45 minutes.

By far the worst ran practice I have ever seen or experienced. I would alarm anyone to seek dental care elsewhere. Where do I begin. By the front desk staff rude as always. It’s a constant level of rudeness that is shocking In the healthcare arena. So. Be ready for that if you decide to go there. The flow of patients is terrible. They Made me an appointment which j sat it be chair for an hour just to be told that they couldn’t work on m today. I was thee because of a filling they did 6 months ago came loose. Then they start to push crowns and root canal as on the tooth that doesn’t even hurt. Bad place. The provider didn’t want to do the filling. Excuse they wanted to go home on an appointment They booked for me an hour earlier. If u go there. Good luck.

Best Dentist ever I felt very comfortable going and getting my dental work done. For some reason I was not nervous at all. Dr.Ponder and her dental assistant Deidra was very passionate and knowledgeable they made my visit very comfortable the atmosphere was very relaxing as well .
