1st Dennis office I've been to in my life where they were light respectful and tried to keep you out of pain. I went through a lot with Doctor Marx and his group when I had a chops saw hit me in the face. He took his time and I did a good job. I just wanna say thank you doctor marx's

I think Dr. Marx is a master at what he does. I have never had great teeth. I had chipped front teeth from a childhood accident. I disliked going to the dentist, because of a previous dental experience with a dentist in Las Vegas. I was scared of the dentist honestly, & I was in my 30's.
I ended up with a toothache that was unbearable. I contacted Dr. Marx & we set up the initial appt., X-rays, cleaning, etc..
Dr. Marx came to the chair & told me that I needed a root canal, a crown, replace another crown, 12 or 13 cavities & braces. He set up a plan that was easy to understand. He gave me options on how I could go about my orthodontics. I chose braces to fix my bite & align everything as perfect as it could be. We did it in steps. I visited Dr. Marx's office usually weekly, then monthly once I got the braces on.
Dr. Marx handled me with care. He always made sure I never felt any pain. After I got my brace off, I had him put 4 veneers on my front teeth to make them picture perfect.
I am very pleased with my smile & overall dental health. I owe it to Dr. Marx for getting me on the right track. Dr. Marx knows that there is a science to the mouth. He takes his time & makes sure everything is just perfect. He is the best dentist I have ever seen & look forward to continuing my dental care with him.

Still suffering consequences from veneers that I never needed, and should have never got. Can't undo now. Ended up with crowns cause Dr. MARX's veneers never would stay on. It was a nightmare. Had to waste thousands of dollars. Do not get anything cosmetic from this office!!!!

Always very patient and professional. All staff is helpful and friendly. Dentist are special to me. After having bad experience as a child I am very picky as an adult. That being said, I appreciate this establishment very much.

Over all timing was great cause I was ready to leave this place .i went in to get a tooth pulled witch did not happen!im highly upset about that because that was the main purpose of my visit.i was told I was supposed to get my teeth cleaned and Whiten and it didn’t feel or look cleaned at all when they were done.it seem as if staff where training each other more than focusing on the fact that I’m a patient with real needs..for the cost and not to even get a tooth pulled or no dental work at all I feel they cheated me ! I won’t be going and would advise anyone here!

While my visit to Marx was as pleasing as could be. I am greatly bothered by the fact that Marx has been and continues to share my private information with outside company that are using said information to contact me. After contacting the business and explaining my feeling. I was told that Marx Family Dental does not share information, and would mark me inactive. But then I was ignored when I pointed out they are using an outside company to send emails about birthdays, reminders and general marketing campaigns. This outside company has a privacy policy publicly available on there website, it states that they will share said information with companies they own both now and in the future.
While most people arnt going to care that Marx is sharing your Full Name, Date of Birth and Email Address with a company that will share your information. I'm hoping that the ones who do will read this and share there own feelings with Marx who has ignored my opinion and continues to share my private information.
