I had a good experience up until they gave me a breakdown of cost for the work I needed. They neglected to tell me that they were out of network for me, and told me that my insurance was poor in quality. They have great service and the staff is very friendly and attentive. The office is clean and tastefully decorated. I am overall displeased with this office due to their misleading information, which i consider poor customer service.

Dr. Arjes is great. A very caring and competent practitioner. He was my dentist for almost 20 years. I would still be going to him if it were not for Dr. Marx's wife who manages the front office. When I called to explain that I was going to transfer to a new dentist who was closer to home and specialized in a medical condition I have, she was incredibly rude and demanded for me to explain my condition. She did not want to refund money that I had prepaid for a crown I needed replaced. The dentist that I switched to did not work out and I would go back to Dr. Arjes if it were not for how unbelievably unprofessional she was.
Interestingly enough, when I told a new colleague about my horrible experience with a dentist's office "up north" because of the wife of one of the dentists who worked in the office, she immediately said, "Dr. Marx?!" She also left the practice because of this woman's hateful tactics a few years back. Odds are that if we both had that experience, many others have, too.
