I have always left a dentist in pain and the most uncomfortable thing to sit through. Today was my first time to a dentist in about 30 years and I am pleased with the people and am now ready to get the dental care I so desperately need. The dentists and staff have always been extremely friendly and helpful! After doing Ortho there, I have learned to trust their professional opinion and recommendations. With any issue that came up, they went above and beyond to help and correct. I would recommend any one to go to these folks for dental work. They're top notch and I love going back!

Love Dr. Emily Marx and all the hygienists and technicians. However, have not had the best experience with the office manager last year. I chose to keep going to Marx even though they were out of my network and ultimately costed me more and I wish I hadn’t.
When COVID started and I was instructed via my company to limit our appointments and exposure I called to reschedule and the office manager was extremely rude and didn’t want to reschedule my appointment because they were following all CDC guidelines, regardless of my explanation it was coming from my company. They lost my crowns - wasted an entire day off work to only have to reschedule and come back - all I received was a sorry phone call AFTER I walked out upset after sitting in their waiting room 30 minutes PAST my appointment time. I called to get my husband in and they don’t take new patients after 3:30 PM (I learned what happens when you take a day off to go to the dentist) so I decided this was the last straw.
I love Emily as a dentist but the hassle of the office is too much for this family. We will be going elsewhere.

throughout the years I’ve been going to Mark‘s family demo, my experience has been one including great service, quality workmanship, and a pleasant environment with sensitive employees. I know hardly anybody likes going to the Dennis, but this is a great place to go if that’s what you’re looking forward to. I recommend them highly.

This practice is great! I tend to stay away from the dentist but from the second I walked into this place I immediately felt like I was in great hands. And I was! Literally every person that I had an interaction with was professional, sincere, and pleasant to work with. They took time with me and covered all of the bases. I was actually happy to schedule my next visit! Oh and they could not have been more accommodating to my small children too! What a great experience!!

Highly recommend this dental practice. I have always been apprehensive about going to the dentist but this group is highly sensitive to your comfort. Very relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Dr. Marx is doing a major dental overhaul for me and I have experienced minimal discomfort throughout the process. He has assembled an excellent staff. Everyone from the receptionist to the hygienist are true professionals. I don't feel I have been sold unnecessary procedures, I feel as though Dr. Marx's plan is efficient for restoring my dental health and giving me a great smile. I completely trust his decisions and approach.

My experience could not have been any better. Dr. Marx and his staff of techs and office staff are exceptional human beings, they handle every aspect of your treatment with dignity and care.
The procedure from removing my teeth, bone graft, implant placement, time healing and fitting of my dentures was totally painless to me, never even had to take an aspirin.
The improvement in my appearance was amazing. The pleasure of eating again was wonderful, now I can even eat some of my favorite snacks, like peanuts and almonds.
My over all experience with Dr. Marx and his staff was absolutely great, even fun for me.
Now, several years later, my health has improved, I have lost weight (because I can eat good, healthy foods) and I am improving every day. Thanks, Dr.Marx and Staff.
