We were very impressed with the whole office staff and how professional we were treated. Everyone was extremely friendly and the treatment rooms were immaculate plus very organized. We have been looking for a family practice that lets you know what you need done but no pressure on scheduling the work. We are pleased, very comfortable and happy we found Marx Family Dental.

Family Dental. Family Dental. At first, you see the name and you think, it means the staff treats children and adults. Well, that IS true. But there's more to it. From reception, to the clinical staff, and even the billing/insurance, you are treated LIKE family. They take time to get to know you and are equally thorough in determining your dental needs as it may relate to your overall health quality. The office is super clean, staff is well-organized, and it seems clear they respect your time and your business. I appreciate knowing what procedures cost, up-front, so I can budget accordingly. I'm grateful to have found them when I moved here 2 years ago.

By far the best dental experience i’ve ever had.
They are attentive, efficient, have great staff at each step of the dental process. From check-in to walking out the door there is a staff of people who you can trust right away with your teeth!!

Seen Dr. Cox 2 weeks ago , he pulled my teeth knowing I had a infection , didnt stitch the wisdom tooth hole and infection got worse locking my jaws, I called the office almost everyday tryning to get the to see me, they wouldn't, i paid 372$ for visit I dnt come from a rich family and I work hard for my money. They knew what the problem could have been refused to see me even when I told them My jaw feels like its broke I cant open my mouth still refused and just changed meds . Meds didnt help went to a urgent clinic they said my wisdom tooth an infection charged me 100$ to xray is guess idk, ended up at ER now me and my family are in couple thousand in debt , when you guys could added me in somewhere if your clients are REALLY important, what important to you guys is the money and once you got the 372$ from a poor man you where done with me . Thanks for calling acting concerned I told you guys my jaw wouldn't open everytime I called you, thanks for failing your client.

Natashia was my hygienist. I’m almost 58 years old. I’ve had my teeth cleaned dozens of times throughout my life and until this particular visit, I could say there has always been some unpleasant feelings at times while having my teeth cleaned. Not this time. Natashia was amazing. She never once caused me any discomfort. I guess I always thought I had to go through some pain to get my teeth cleaned. Nope! Not with Natashia. She was polite, friendly, professional. I will definitely be back to have my teeth cleaned if she’s there.

What a compassionate place! I suffer from dental phobia and had my first appointment at Marx Family Dental today. Every single person I encountered was kind snd helpful, from the front desk that checkout. My hygienist was excellent; she kept me calm snd took the time to be sure I understood each step. The dentist was very friendly, too, and had some great suggestions for keeping my teeth in shape. I highly recommend Marx Dental.

Marx Family Dental is amazing!!! Their staff is courteous and professional from the receptionist that greets you, to the staff at scheduling and checkout. I would certainly recommend this practice to anyone who needs a dentist for LIFE!!!!!!

The doctor was so gracious to explain everything before the procedure and continued to check in with me for my level of comfort and to see if I could feel anything during the procedure. The assistant worked as a team and provided emotional support after my procedure.

The staff is always pleasant and there is a positive environment there each visit I have had. I was even told that the next procedure I have I can listen to music on my own device or one can be loaned to me.

I wasn't happy about the amount I had to pay because it was more than what I was told when scheduling the appointment, but it happens. The procedure was necessary and the treatment I received was worth the expense.
