Such a great group of people all working towards a common goal… yes, you guessed it, great teeth!

I too have had issues with this office, having been a patient of Dr. Arjes's. First and foremost, as Jenny Robertson pointed out in her review, Dr. Arjes has a condition of some sort where his hands shake, badly at times. I mean no disrespect, but when you are drilling a tooth and are causing collateral damage to other teeth because your hands shake, it's time to find a new profession. That's just common sense. I even asked to be moved to Dr. Marx, and was told by staff that because I had started seeing Dr. Arjes (not my choice, I was "assigned" to him), that I could not change dentists.
I do have good dental insurance, but for some reason, I was still being charged high costs, and not allowed to even make payments unless I agreed to, and qualified for, their "dentist credit card". So a lot of work I need done, has gone unfinished. I've even pointed out that I had other semi-urgent work needing to be done, but was told it would have to be done in a separate visit (good way to get another office visit co-pay!)
Thirdly, I'd like to add that my ex-wife (mother of our two young daughters), left this office as well, not liking some of the experiences our girls had, and with billing.

I think it's great to have a family friendly atmosphere, modernize your office (finally!!) and have a flashy website (even though it takes awhile to load, could be the hosting). But there are serious deficiencies in this office that still need to be addressed, and are causing this office to lose more patients than they care to admit.

Hope things improve soon. Until then, I'll be taking myself and my family elsewhere.

Marx Family Dental has a habit of sending solicitations to deceased family members who have never lived with you!? We have received 2 separate solicitations from MFD, four years apart, that were not addressed to us, the resident, but to a long deceased family member who has never lived with us. I spoke with their office 4 years ago and nothing has changed. Who pays for a 3rd party vendor sending out letters to long deceased, non-residents...for YEARS. Incompetent and insensitive.

I had some work done by another dentist and hated it. I didn't even want anyone to see me smile! Dr. Marx took the time to go over my options to fix the other work. He took the time to make sure that the work was done to my complete satisfaction. Today I'm smiling again! Thank you, Dr. Marx!

Going to the dentist is not my favorite activity..this visit was quite pleasant, people are great, and very ptofesstional.. happy to found such a friendly dental office..very much plan on returning and take pleasure in smiling.

I was turned off by the first phone call. I had a few questions about getting a cosmetic consultation done and the woman I talked to was rude and overbearing. I lost count of how many times she cut me off while I was speaking. She seemed overly anxious to try to sell me on the whole gig all the while avoiding answering my actual questions. She even accused me of trying to commit insurance fraud because I asked if they would offer a discount for cash payment. From the other reviews I have read both on google and yelp it seems the general consensus is that there is a friendly staff but poor business skills. I have to agree.

This is the most professional and efficient dental practice I've ever used. Great quality care, latest technogy and they make every effort to keep you comfortable and pain-free.

Everyone was very nice and courteous. Everyone introduced themselves as well even the checkout person.

These are some special folks here. Each of the staff demonstrated care and kindness . Special thanks to Stacy and Dr. Cox who took excellent care of me with a difficult extraction.

Always pleasant every time I visit. Makes going dentist easy experience and always makes me feel important like I’m part of their family!
