Went in today for a scheduled procedure, but after we discussed a tooth that was giving me some pain, Dr Emily changed gears and dealt with that culprit instead. Always understanding and accommodating.

Very pleasant and wonderful experience for my first appointment. Kind, caring and professional staff, Rhonda(not sure if I got the name right, sorry) was very friendly and accommodating. She let me feel so comfortable with all the process to be done on my appointment. Dr Emily Marx answered my questions and explained other concerns. Highly Recommend!

5/24/19 Excellent service! Several weeks ago, they suggested a Rx plan including implants. Very expensive, so I got a second opinion to help reassure me. The second opinion agreed with the diagnosis and offered a lower price. After several years with Marx dental and finally developing better dental hygiene habits esp. due to Kelly, my hygeinist, I did not want to leave the Marx practice. Not only did Marx match the lower price, they got me in the same day to start the process with a 3D Xray , misc stuff and impression of my teeth for a temp partial and set my appt for the following week (WOW) to get the teeth pulled and implants installed. Due to the discomfort that has been getting worse with my 'bad' teeth, I was very pleased. Many thanks for fitting me in, getting it all started and the excellent, friendly and professional service.

This was probably the best experience I've had with a dentist. Everyone was extremely accommodating and helpful with my situation. The doctor made sure I was comfortable the entire time and did a great job with making sure the work was as painless and quick as possible

The experience at the office was fine. The people who worked in the treatment area were really nice, however I was unhappy with the business side of this practice. First, when I called they said they were fully covered by my insurance. I should have verified this. It was my mistake to trust them. So I ended up paying out of pocket for things that would have been covered elsewhere by my insurance at 100%. Then I had to request three different times the form for my records. Once I got to form to transfer my records to another dentist, I found that they charge large fees to copy your records and transfer that information to another dentist. The business side of things seems really shady. Again I will say the people who worked in treatment area were really nice though.
The other issue is the pushiness. They called, emailed and called again and again to get me to schedule the appointment. It was over the top.
