I was terrified to make this appointment, as I have had traumatic experiences at dentists in the past. At 42, I knew I had to have all my teeth extracted, and get dentures. I was so nervous when I made the appointment, and was literally shaking in the chair. Christy, Mandy, and Dr. Branco were all very compassionate, kind, and patient with me. I cannot be more thankful for their care.

On the day of the extractions, other than the shots to numb my mouth, I experienced zero pain. They explained what they were doing step by step, and I was in and out of the chair in under an hour for 15 extractions.

Thanks so the staff at Aspen Dental, I can smile again. Every follow up appointment, each staff member has come in to check on me, and everyone has been so encouraging.

I cannot recommend Aspen Dental enough!

Kind staff, professional, and the dentist (dr. A) was very kind and calmed my nerves. I would recommend. I didn’t give it 5 stars because they were training a tech and I was unfortunate to receive her not knowing how to do X-rays, which caused a 5minute procedure to take nearly 20minutes and was very uncomfortable as she kept placing the trays incorrectly in my mouth. I understand that everyone starts new, but maybe have her practice on other techs first before actual patients, since it caused discomfort/pain. ( unless that it not protocol then i just drew the short straw 😬).

I had no problems here until they re-opened after the city shut down. The problems started when my emergency contact (my boyfriend) received a call before I did asking me to make an appointment. I figured this was a one time mistake, so I called Aspen and made my appointment for July 2nd at 9. I showed up for this appointment, and was told I did not have an appointment for that day, but I was scheduled on July 17th at 8. I was extremely confused and frustrated by this because I knew I had received a confirmation email about July 2nd at 9 and had received absolutely no communication from Aspen saying that the appointment was cancelled or that another had been made. I later called back to find out what went wrong, and hopefully solve the problem, just for the blame to be put on me. They claimed I was “hard to reach” despite the fact that I had never received a call or email from them other than my appointment confirmation email for July 2nd. They also asked if there was a better time to call me, as if the problem was that I wouldn’t answer when, in fact, I never received any calls at all. The woman said they must have the wrong number. So I made sure they had my correct phone number down. Today, I showed up for my appointment, July 17th at 8 and was told I didn’t have an appointment because my oral surgeon no longer worked there. Again, I never received any kind of communication about this. Good for my oral surgeon. He was great, but the place sucks. Don’t go here.

Can I give less than one star??? My husband was the patient. We first went here because his medicare card said that Aspen accepted his medicare. When we got there we were told that they did not. He was in an emergency situation so we went ahead and accepted treatment and paid for each visit as they occurred in FULL. At the second appointment they broke a previous filling and had to repair that on top of the already scheduled repairs. We paid for that visit in full as well. Then 3 months after his last appointment we got a bill for another $150+ . I went in a talked with them because I could never get a person to talk to me on the phone about the bill. I was told at the front desk that the bill was an error because a "coupon" that was supposed to have been applied was not. NOW we have a bill from a collection agency and phone calls. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!

I scheduled new appointments for 8am with Aspen, they sent us an email telling us to arrive 15 mins early. At 8:05am they had still not opened their doors. There were 10 people waiting outside the door cold and overdue for their appointments. We canceled our appointments due to this. Not only was the automatic email telling us to arrive early a waste of our time and resources, they didn't even open the establishment on time. Terrible way to start a relationship with a customer. Very Disappointed.

Visited on Wednesday 11/14/18. Waited for 30 minutes after my consultation for a price. Was informed they were waiting on my insurance to come back to them with a price.... I hadn't even given the name of my insurance nor my member number.... The representative was at that point stumped for response... I was told to call in tomorrow with my insurance, I called in promptly early in the day, provided my insurance details and was told I would be receiving a call back regarding my quote. I waited all day to receive a quote, never got a call, so i called in and was told hesitantly by the receptionist that the woman with the information was in a meeting and that I would again get a call back. I never received a call back on the 15th as promised twice. I am now again today for the 3rd time without a call and quote. Very Disappointed but if you want a dental office that cant give you a straight answer and white lies, this is the one to pick.

This is for the office on Glenstone in Springfield Mo. Wonderful people and Dr Branco is professional and detail oriented. I have severe bone loss and she did an exceptional job fitting my new dentures. I'm very happy and highly recommend this office.

Wonderful experience last night at the Aspen Dental! The stuff was so nice, friendly, experienced and professional when it came to determine the cause of my problem!
They spend almost an hour taking care of me and determine what's my problem was and took several X-ray and the exam and x-ray were free as they say in their advertisement!

Hands down the best dental care I've gotten ever, the dental staff who assisted today was amazing. They made everything go smoothly and easy for me. They worked with me on making payments reasonable and then still went above and beyond what they told me they were going to do initially. Highly recommend this team for anyone needing dental work !!
