Today I had my impressions taken, everyone was very helpful. I believe the person who did my impressions was Kendall, he was very professional and made sure they were taken correctly. Afterwards, Desiree helped me update my insurance and was able to get me approved for payment plan for my upcoming extractions Friday. Really like this place đź‘Ť

Aspen Dental is the best place to go for your dentures! besides the kindest staff, that take very detail concern for your concerns, they know what they are doing. I got 2nd pair of dentures through them earlier this year, and i accidently broke the top and i just went and got them repaired on the same day! I highly recommend Aspen Dental.

I have extreme dental anxiety from some not so great dentists as well as no insurance which prevented me from getting the dental care I need. Aspen dental solved both of these issues for me. They were extremely friendly, helpful and put my mind at ease. My assistant Emily was amazing. She understood exactly how I felt and did a great job making me feel comfortable. Dr B. explained everything to me and gave me hope for my smile. Rachel gave me some amazing payment options and they were all so friendly and caring. I will definitely be back!!

I visited the south Glenstone office today, they were absolutely great. Was my first visit in some time and I was treated very well and couldn’t be happier with my care. My hygienist Hali was amazing, would give her 10 stars if I could. I look forward to my continued treatment and care through this office.

Stellar. I have not taken remotely good care of my teeth, have not seen a dentist in well over 8 years because of the cost/anxiety. I went in last month for an overall exam to see about repairing bulimia damage from years ago. Everybody was so absolutely kind and understanding, and the financial girls worked incredibly hard to keep the cost as low as possible. I went in today for a somewhat emergency extractions and they were so quick and painless. I am ESPECIALLY impressed with Dr. A himself. Never in this town, or even this state, have I had a medical professional treat me with such absolute respect and genuine human kindness. He explained almost everything he did, and why or what it's purpose was, and not once made me feel like I was being talked down to. I will definitely never go to any other dentist ❤

I had an appointment here and when I got there there were no others customers. The sign on the desk said team lunch will be back soon. 45 minutes later they came back now the waiting room is full my appointment was 15 minutes ago. They brought everyone back else back now. The guy at the counter looked at me and the first thing he said was are you here with somebody. Apparently they lost my appointment and he said “to be honest with you we closing early today”

Went in for a free consult because I got recommended here by a friend. To start my experience with this asinine business, that’s trying to feed pipe to the local Springfield residents, they make you go back alone, and won’t even let your spouse wait in the lobby. To top off my initial first impression the receptionist was hateful and should probably find another profession because her customer service was worse than any of the fast food employees I’ve ever experienced. I had my two front teeth fractured by my german shepherd on accident the night before and I felt hideous, but more importantly it was unbearable pain to eat, drink, or talk very much. I was told over the phone they could take care of it (probably) this week—not true.
Save yourself the money and waste of time and go to Jordan Valley instead. They were able to help me apply for medicaid, as well as go ahead with the procedure for FREE even though I won’t know if I was even approved for another month. They did a temporary filling and shaped it to look exactly like they were before this and have my appointment set for a cleaning and check up.

Everyone was so polite and professional. I had to get my teeth pulled at the top back on each side. They numbed me so I wouldn’t feel a thing. I came home and realized I have missed out on Aspen Dental all this time. The dental hygienist and DR. A was very professional and made me feel at ease knowing that I was freaking out getting my teeth pool. The receptionist also was very nice and made things very simple with handling my payment. Thank you for everything!!!! I will be returning and I’ll be booking my husband appointment soon! Thank you again for everything!!!!! The staff is amazing!
