Aspen Dental

I had some teeth that had fallen out and a permanent bridge was needed. The staff was great to work with and my 5 tooth bridge looks great. I would have given a better rating except for this next comment. When I worked with financial person I was told as as long as I paid minimum amount with a financial partner, there would be no interest charged. I was charged interest. I have called 4 different days and left message for someone to call and clarify the policy. I just wanted to know if I heard something wrong. Two weeks have gone by and no return calls. Moving on and getting loan to get cheaper interest charges.

I went in for a tooth extraction. I was very nervous. The doctor and his staff made me very comfortable. I walked out of my appointment having more confidence. I will recommend Aspen Dental to anyone that needs dental help

I had an excellent experience, minimal wait time and the whole staff was great. Dr Adepoju is very professional, personable and gave me a wonderful consult. Stormy the dental assistant kept me comfortable and informed the whole time. The hygienist, Hali did a great job, was gentle , kind and kept me informed of everything she was doing every step of the way.
Update: I've completed my dental replacement journey and am happy to say that this Aspen Dental office did absolutely everything that they said that they would do. From billing to exams, extractions, adjustments and cleanings all of my issues and concerns have been addressed to my full satisfaction. At 62 years old I've been to many dental offices and by far this has been the best experience that I have ever had. I'm well cared for at this office and plan to continue with all of my follow up care there. I feel well and have a beautiful smile that shows it. Thank you for all that you do Aspen Dental.

Update: looked at my bill and they marked all 3 tooth as removed with a piece of bone. Only one tooth they had to remove some of my jaw bone. But I guess they wanted to get more money from my Insurance and I did pay some money for it too on my copay. Ask to look at your bill. And read it thoroughly. Sketchy.

Dr. Adepoju was extremely professional and comforting. I had my wisdom teeth pulled and was very nervous. I quickly felt at ease with him and Rachael D.A by his side. They took great care of me. Dr.adepoju was a great surgeon and worked efficiently. Minimizing any pain/discomfort. The office staff is also amazing. Any time I call to ask any questions they get to me. Which can be rare at other dentist and health care offices. This office in particular has a great flow. The Doctors respect their coworkers and vice versa. It all sprinkles down lovely to the patients. I had the best experience that I’ve probably ever had at the dentist office.

I came in with 3 infected teeth, they did the xray and exam free, they made sure I was completely numbed prior to extraction, upon looking at my teeth the dentist decided to extract 2 additional ones so that he could ensure the infection wouldn't spread. They were polite and kind and made me feel welcome. I would recommend them!

I was very happy with the service I received here. The dentist were professionals. The staff was amazing. I received a great deal on my dentures. There was no problems each time I went in for my re-lining on them. I ended up with a wonderful smile again. I highly suggest this place if you need any dental work done

My visit to Aspen Dental was a very pleasant experience, as pleasant as visiting the dentist could be. The staff was awesome and very knowledgeable. They were friendly and helpful through the entire visit. They were not concerned with being a dentist but concerned with my comfort and overall goals for my dental health. The young lady that took my x-rays and guided me through my initial exam, I think her name was Becca, answered all of my questions and took the time to explain things in detail. Dr. A was very caring and understanding of my oral healthcare. I appreciate appreciate everyone there and I highly recommend them.

Dr Adepoju and his staff were fantastic!!! We were on vacation and I had an excruciating toothache. I scheduled online with Aspen dental and was seen the next morning. Dr Adepoju was able to extract my tooth, and save my vacation!! I can't thank him enough! He was so personable and explained everything as he was doing it. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!! I would give this place 10 stars, if I could!!!

I was very happy with them at first by setting up an appointment and they got me in very quickly since I was having some tooth aches. They were friendly and very helpful. An hour before my appointment they left me a voicemail saying I needed to reschedule. After being on hold with them for five minutes they told me I never confirmed my appointment and they already used my appointment time for two other patients... I just made the appointment on Wednesday and today is Friday of this week.. In my opinion that was really unprofessional and I will not be rescheduling or recommending.

Went to be examined for a bad molar I was needing to have a simple extraction on. I told the dental technician I am very afraid of dentists and not comfortable. She spoke in monotone voice and occasionally elderspeak. I tried to get her to laugh and be personable.
I got a full exam, lots of X-rays and was told bacteria is eating all my jaw bones. The dentist said my molar could be saved and they would drill out the inside and place with a crown. Sounded like a root canal to me. I was taken to a room to be told the pricing. The lady gave a quote of about $3,800 and asked if I had insurance. I said no and the Lady asked exactly this: "Do you have this money?" I told her I made an appointment for a tooth extraction and they could do it when I came in. She said twice I can listen to the call in an authoritative voice. She brought the price down to about $200 for the extraction saying it had to be surgically removed because all molar teeth have to be surgically removed. I didn't buy that. She wanted me to pay upfront 3 days before another appointment to have the tooth removed.
My overall experience was poor skills with working with the public, no privacy in the examination rooms, and I felt threatened by the last lady quoting the costs.
I went to Jordan Valley Health center afterwards, had the molar removed by simple extraction and was told by 2 Dentists training a lady learning to be a dentist that the tooth couldn't be saved, the tooth was cracked in half down through the roots and there was an abscess on the roots. They pulled it in under a few minutes and I saw that infection! The 2 Dentists also told me I do not have bacteria eating my jaw bone and do not need a deep clean. Thank you Jordan Valley!!! Shame on you Aspen Dental!!! Aspen Dental should not try to take advantage of people with dental pain and never ask a customer if they have money. How rude and nasty of that woman. Shame Shame Shame Aspen Dental I'm sorry you couldn't take advantage of me.
