So I went to this office thinking I had an appointment, but some shennanigans with someone somewhere meant I didn't. Yet I was still assisted by the woman at the front desk and later, managed to get in. Cue meeting the DA: Rachael. This woman knew her job. She had it down to an art, somehow managing to juggle just the right amount of personal courtesy, professional attitude, and sheer gumption. She was no slouch at all, and was quick and efficient at what she did. I got the full team of fraud, and eventually met the doctor. The exam her preformed was done with good humor and care. I then was informed of choices, assisted with paperwork (lots of stuff for work and a few prescriptions) Tomorrow I go in for an extraction, and if its anything like today, it will be a breeze.

My experience at ASPEN DENTAL on GLENSTONE in Springfield, Missouri was a difficult but positive adventure. The reception area is bright and cheerful with a tv for family members if you need extensive work done. Office Manager Anna is a delightful, professional, knowledgeable lady. She was the first person there that went over and above to help work through the financial questions and options for treatment. Katherine was the next person I can not say enough positive things about. From the beginning through the x-rays, impressions and all through the difficult extractions she was right there. She stayed past her time to leave, being extremely kind and professional. Dr. "A" was determined to do everything necessary to give me the best smile possible. He has a great sense of humor and truly cares about his patients. I briefly met with Kathy and Emily and they were both very professional and knowledgeable. I recommend ASPEN DENTAL on GLENSTONE in SPRINGFIELD MO to anyone that needs dental work done. I will always be thankful to Anna, Katherine and Dr. A.

The front desk staff were borderline rude and talking very catty about other customers. The technician was super friendly, but the doctor was rough, either overexplained or underexplained items (I think I know how many teeth I have, thanks!), and felt the need to emphatically wave his hands inches from my face with sharp instruments while talking. Also had to wait a LOT. They also refused to do any work without a deep clean and claimed that this was the law... I looked on the official ADA website, and there is no such law. They are liars just looking to get your money... it's my GD mouth, thank you very much.
Also, when I went to another dentist and brought my records, the X-ray prints were so terrible that I had to have new X-rays done... They literally can't do ANYTHING right here!!

The people here are absolutely amazing! Dr. Adepoju, Kristi, and Rachael were so kind and made it so much easier to be here. The entire staff was amazing today. Actually looking forward to going back to them and will highly recommend them.

They set my appointment time for 11AM and I was there ahead of time. After waiting an hour and 20 minutes they call me back for a consultation. They blamed my insurance for being slow to respond to them, but everyplace else gets my insurance information in less than 10 minutes. I didn't realize the appointment time was just for me I thought it was for both of us. Very unprofessional.
