The place was nice, the check-in was quick. I was able to get my new client x-rays and I was supposed to get my cleaning done as well but didn’t get my cleaning done because they only had one person doing the cleaning so they had to reschedule me for another day for a cleaning Which is kind of inconvenient at times but understand that they were down to one person. I wish I would’ve known ahead of time that they were down to one person and cleaning so I didn’t have to come in twice.

It took forever for the girl to take my X-rays!! The thing they stuck in my mouth for the X-rays was bigger than my mouth and it hurt!! I had never seen anything like it before. The dental staff in the back were polite but I can’t say much about the front desk staff. You can’t call the office directly—the number sends you to a call center someplace out of state. When I called to make my appointment, I offered my insurance information but they refused to take it. A few days later, I got an URGENT text to call the office. Again, I was directed to the call center and after several minutes, I was finally transferred to the actual local office so I could provide my insurance information. It’s a waste of time having to deal with the call center. I have to go back for a cleaning. We shall see how that goes.... The jury is still out on how I’m going to like this office....

Went to Aspen dental to get some work done and all the employees there were really nice and the place made you feel very welcomed. But there was this one employee named Kendal that really made me feel really comfortable. Like we have been friends for life. So that in itself will make me go back for sure.

They were quick to get us in for our consultation appointment. While in the back office; they explained the different levels of dentures available very well. My wife and I decided on her new dentures, then came paying for them. We had some money to put down on them & was wondering about the rest. We inquired on financing options & she ran the request; she got us approval on the full amount with "reasonable" payments that fit us good!! Had an appointment set up the following week to get fitted for her new dentures; & this was on a Friday. I Could not ask for a better or "less painful" experience (lol). But; truly a very enjoyable experience!! Thank you!!

Went in and got all my xrays done super quickly and got told I have to have my wisdom teeth removed. I forgot to ask the doctor but does Aspen Dental use laughing gas or any IV sedation during the wisdom teeth removal? Or do they just numb the mouth?

Very friendly staff. Dr. A. was friendly but not over the top, sugar coating the news, professional, and got the job done quickly. As far as price, I was VERY impressed. Probably the cheapest dental visit I've ever had.

Aspen Dental Office South Glenstone Springfield,Mo. Made appointment on May 13th 2021, to have teeth pulled, a week later I had all my teeth pulled and the service was excellent. Received my healing teeth put in right after the extraction, Gave me full details of what to do not to do, also gave Meds. for pain if needed. The staff was excellent and prompt with everything. Went back a week later to have everything checked and all was ok, Had to do a little adjusting to the dentures and was very satisfied with there work, this is for sure is a 5 STAR Business , I have been treated like one of their family, Sarah and Don the Tech. help me out a lot with a few problems which were corrected, the same day. Sarah was very personable and cared for her patience, Don decided he didn't like the way they fitted my mouth and took it on his own to make me another complete set the same day. Great Group of people from the front Desk all the way to Dentist Dr. Adepoju Adegbenga (aka) Doc. If you are planning to have new dentures made or extractions or filling this is without a question they are a 5 STAR Dental Business . I would highly recommend them for Dental work. Gray Wilkerson

Dr. "A" does outstanding work. My husband had a major procedure done yesterday and with little to no pain or discomfort. The recovery time so far has been great too.
Dr. A is very well trained...including training in more difficult cases while abroad. His outstanding training was very evident in my case. He is also a very compassionate and sensitive doctor. I would give Dr. A my highest recommendation for your general dentistry needs. The whole Aspen Dental staff at this location have been outstanding as well!

The staff is very comforting and good at what they do, I just had all 4 wisdom teeth extracted and I was very nervous as it was my first time having any work done on my teeth. The assistant held my hand and reassured me that everything would be fine and the dentist was very quick and efficient. It took less then 20 minutes for all 4 teeth to be out. The only downfall is that they seem to be slightly understaffed (which isn’t their fault) so some of them were stretched a little thin and having to run back and fourth.
