Good staff. I had a tooth pulled and they were efficient at keeping me calm.

I highly recommend Aspen Dental for your dental care needs. They were able to work me in for an emergency visit when my regular dentist was out of town. Dr A. and Racheal Reed his assistant went above and beyond to care for me and my dental emergency. The staff is friendly, courteous, and efficient. Thank you again, Aspen Dental for taking care of me during difficult time for us all.

I have been there 4 times. I needed a full set of dentures. Each time I went I waited a half hour or more to be seen, even though I had an appointment. I was told repeatedly by the tech that there was no guarantee on the dentures. On the website they are guaranteed for 7 years ( I got the expensive ones.) I was given a card with my next appointment date and time on it. Two days later, I got a call from them saying they needed to put me on the schedule for a fitting. When my appointment came to pick up the completed dentures, I got a call saying they were not yet finished. When I did finally go in to get the dentures, I kept telling the tech the tops hurt and were making my gums sore. She said it didn't show that and she would have to see a sore to do an adjustment. At this point I gave up! I will do the adjustments myself or go elsewhere for a better set and service. When I paid the bill I was charged $3098 and asked if they gave any discounts, I do not have dental insurance. I was told it was already applied. When I got home I went to the website and saw the dentures were only $1240 per plate. I called and questioned that difference. I was told I was due a credit for the difference but it would have to go through the corporate office. I will wait but I am going to contact my credit card and make them aware of this. I will NEVER go back or recommend them.

I have never had such a pleasant dental experience as I did 2day at Aspen dental. The dentist was very intuitive and had the most amazing "bedside manner". He could tell I was nervous by my body language & I feel like he made an effort to put my mind at ease before beginning the extraction, he also was very reassuring during the procedure. Dr. Adepojo was awesome and I would recommend him to everyone I know, and I am grateful for his gentle care and the services I received. Everyone in the office was very kind and helpful- I definitely have a more positive outlook on going to the dentist now. THANK YOU

I had a very bad experience at the Poplar Bluff office. I called and talked to Brittany, she was extremely helpful on getting me an appointment set up right away. 2 days later I was at the office in Springfield and sitting in a chair explaining to them what had happened previously... long of the story... 2 weeks later I walked out of the office yesterday with a full set of dentures, after a few minor touch ups bammm teeth that fit good!!!! I would recommend the office on Glenstone to anyone!!!!

Aspen dental is amazing! I am pretty cautious of doctors and dentists, but aspen made me immediately calm. They made sure to let me know what was happening and walked me through the process. I had Dr. Adepoju who was so sweet and nice. Everyone there is very professional. I highly recommend Aspen Dental!

Dr. A and the staff were amazing! Had a wisdom tooth removed in what seemed like less than a minute. I was nervous about going to the dentist, but they made me feel welcome. They took great care of me and they can do the same for you!

The administrative staff very unprofessional. My husband and I have both had horrible experiences with them.

First of all we've had many scheduling issues. We'll have the appointment for one time then we get notified that our appointment would be at a different time. Very inconvenient.

The last time my husband went he sat in the waiting area for over an hour and when he was finally addressed, all they did was ask if he had an appointment walked away and never came back. After he left they called and asked about him missing his appointment. (He was there and even signed in.)

Now for my lovely experience. I visited them over a year and a half ago, and last Oct I get a bill. The told me it was because my insurance was decline. That was because they never updated my file with my correct insurance. I then gave them the updated insurance info (again) and they still haven't got it figured out. I called them 5 times over 2 weeks, to discuss bill, was put on hold for 15 min, when I called back went to voicemail. I kept following up with them, and then next thing I know they send me to collections.

I used to defend this place because I liked the dentist and hygienist, but you send me to collections because you can't file your stuff correctly draws the line.

This First time using them, had to get top teeth extracted while restoring bottom. I must say what I went threw was not what I was expecting In a good way. I have had a tooth extracted but not that many at once, and They made sure I was really numb before starting, The Dentist was fast and professional. The only pain I felt was the needles. I say I left with a better experience then what I was dreading when I Went in. I do like the small breaks between to let me rest my jaw.

If there is a few things I don't like one is just a issue not there fault was all the needles.

The other thing is this being my first time with dentures I feel at a lost with many information, but I was told it was normal for the stabbing pain into my outer gums when wearing them, just dont seem right that it hurts so much when wearing them to the point I rather have my bad teeth back in my mouth.

Great staff, very friendly. Doctor was very nice and personable. Only complaint would be their prices. Had previously been quoted a price, at another provided, for a quite invasive treatment plan with many procedures. During my appointment at Aspen we discussed the same procedure, at which time I was educated by the Aspen Dr. about a better option that would also be allot less surgically invasive. The price I was quoted by Aspen, for the treatment plan with substantially less procedures, was several thousand dollars higher than the other provider. So allot more money for allot less work. Although the final outcome would be better at Aspen.
