Back in middle November I went in to look into having my wisdom teeth taken out. The hygienist told me I needed a deep cleaning (ok) dentist came in said I needed my wisdom teeth taken out and two crowns from the bottom wisdom teeth being impacted (ok) was sent to a room to wait for the office (sales) manager. Who told me how much I was looking at $3700 (ouch but ok) and immediately wanted me to sign up for another credit card when I already had care credit just not enough to cover it. I told her I needed to talk it over with my husband because $3700 is a lot of money and I would look into getting more on care credit to cover it since I already have a card with them. Care credit agreed to the increase, so I call to set up the appointment but I needed to know the special financing options to make sure I could afford to actually be able to make the payments. She gave me one that was too much monthly payment wise for me to be able to afford and told me I could once again try their other financing company and that was my only option (sounds like they have a deal with the other financial company, and I already have $4000 in care credit and I’m not taking another hit to my already poor credit) I call back again about an hour later deciding ok let’s just do it and I’m put on hold forever and told she’s in a meeting and would call me back and of course she never called me back.

Then on January 13th still no call back from the manager at this point, I’ve decided to just bite the bullet and agree to their one financing option available with care credit (just take my wisdom teeth out please.) I call and they didn’t answer I left a message and they didn’t get back to me until the next day just to even schedule an appointment talk to the sales manager again by that point I was able to go somewhere where else that was able to do what I wanted when I wanted same day. Not 4 more visits before they would even address my wisdom teeth which now had an infection which they didn’t see/tell me about.

Looks like aspen just lost out on $3700 of dental work. $150 of which was for a dumb tooth brush btw.

Receptionist didn't put my insurance on file even after I handed it to her. Nurse was more worried about social review then actually doing her job. The dentist was the only pleasant part of my entire visit. Very disappointing.

Walk-in, not, take it off the door! Not only that I was told exrays all they would do if waiting, called and got into an actual walk-in

They were very quick, and made sure that I was comfortable while I was going through my procedure. Haven’t been to the dentist in over 10 years and they made me happy to take the trip back.

I saw Dr Adepoju for an extraction of a tooth that had 2 root canals over a 15 year period and two apicoecomy procedures that failed by different dentists/endodontist. Needless to say, that tooth was extracted and a bridge prep was completed by Dr Adepoju. They have new technology that scans your teeth and they use a 3-D printer to make the new bridge precise. It was a tough procedure but Dr. Adepoju and Rachael were exceptional. Thank you!

I had a bad experience in the past, so walking in I was anxious. But the great people at Aspen dental made me feel at ease. From getting x-rays to tooth extraction. Big thanks to Mandy and Dr Adepoju for making my pain go away !!! You all are wonderful people !!! . Thank you !!!!

Ask for an itemized invoice for out of pocket BEFORE YOU PAY THEM. They’ll charge you $135 for a $90 toothbrush and imply that it’s a gift for new patients. This is so slimy and dishonest. Most disappointing experience I’ve ever had with any business.

My dental hygienist was fantastic, however every time I go I wait 20-30 minutes as there is only one dental hygienist and she appears to be stretched to thin. I’m always disappointed with the wait, I would think for a large company they would see the value in a model with more than one dental hygienist! Every small office I’ve ever been in has had at least two! As soon as insurance changes I will take my business elsewhere simply because of this frustration.

I am not a fan of the dentist. Saying that my experience with Dr Branco and her assistant Mandy, to have my dental work done has been very pleasant. I have had to have several adjustments due to gum shrinkage and Mandy has always been very professional and friendly. I am still not a fan but at least I don't mind going now. Thank you, Mandy and Dr Branco.

My husband, Rod Gilbert, was the patient. Both of us were impressed by the professionalism of the staff at the Glenstone location. Mandy and Rachel were very helpful in explaining the procedures for Rod and their willingness to work with our insurance plan.
