Girls at the front desk were all nice;, checked me fairly quickly. The. Back office staff were also nice and Attentive, The assistant did explain everything that we would be doing at our visit before it actually happened. The Dr also was really nice and good at explaining what he was doing and why. Thanks guys for making my daughters first dentist appointment a fun experience!

Myself and my family went here. Both of my wife’s filling fell out. My kids sealants fall out the next day. They fixed two of my cavities that still hurt. They have great availability compared to other dentists but their work is horrible!

Everything about it was awful. Had a 3:00 appointment that I was told would take 30 min. Finally walked out after it had been an hour and 40 min and I still hadn't been seen. Front desk didn't care at all, said I could go if I didn't want to wait. I could hear the assistant talking about how she wanted to quit. The equipment looked old and dirty. The bathroom was gross. No room in the waiting room. Go here if you want to sit in a packed room and get covid. otherwise, avoid.

Came in because I have an abscessed tooth and needed to be seen. I am in a large amount of pain and requested something to help, as OTC options have not been helping me at all.
Doctor Minwoo Kim refused to give me anything to help with the pain, and went so far as to roll his eyes when I pressed the subject of my pain levels. He made me feel like he thought I was just a junkie, when all I was trying to do was get some relief until the antibiotics do their job.
I will not be returning to get my tooth extraction there. If this is how I was treated when half of my face is so swollen that I can barely talk properly (let alone eat or sleep), how is he going to treat me with a freshly extracted tooth? I don't care to find out.
Don't waste your time, find another dentist.

Staff very friendly and courteous down to dentist . However I did not feel like I was listened too, my daughter was in pain since last night I felt like something was wrong and they told me her gums were just irritated when I told him to check again because she was crying and waking up at night he looked again but said he thought she was fine. I took her in for a second opinion same day and they said she had a really deep cavity that needed crown and ended up having to get two teeth pulled.

I give two stars because they’re great with my kids. Me on the other hand, I went in today for the first time with tooth pain because I have fragments of two different teeth that are lodged in my gum. The dentist was not able to extract them, due to my blood pressure being high so just did some other general work. The whole time I was on the chair having this work done his assistant was swinging around in her chair and kept bumping me. All the poking and prodding he did on my gum with the tooth fragments lives in their left the whole side of my face swollen and throbbing. I asked if he could give me something for the pain and he said he could only give me an anabiotic and an oral rinse, which took two hours to even get to the pharmacy.
