I like the service, but I absolutely hate the paper work every time. We have good dental health (thank God)so we go every 6 months and you update your paper work every 6 months. So everytime we go I have to fill out 3 packets of the same thing over and over with the same information. What a waste of paper! Why not just call before appointment and sign documents confirming everything is still the same.

You can have an appointment but they always overbook so you'll end up waiting forever. I've been taking the whole family here for 2 years because they are nice but it's SO FRUSTRATING that they NEVER honor your appointment time 😑

I've been to this dentist on three occasions and have been entirely satisfied each time. The waiting room is great; it's large and has a good play area for kids, the secretaries are friendly and extremely helpful. I recently had a crown done here and the secretary went out of her way to find out about a delay in the process. Most importantly, the dentist is the most professional I've ever been to (out of only a few dentists); he took the time to explain the procedure of installing a crown, answered all my questions with interest, and even filled some cavities I had when I went just for the crown. Of course he asked me if I wanted the fillings first. Overall, Family Smiles has given me great service and I'm lucky to have found them. If you're considering dental work, this particular location at least is very good.
