I love Family Smiles I would recommend Family Smiles to all of my family and friends

This was the worst experience I've ever had at a dentist. They forgot to give me antibiotics for a infection in my gums so I went back to ask if they could give me a prescription and they told me I had to set up a appointment with the doctor. I told them I already seen them the day before and it cost me $667 and they told me they couldn't just give me a prescription without seeing the doctor. I mean how hard is it to just look up my files. I got mad and told the I was never going back. I think they just wanted more money out of me. Just to see the doctor cost $150. It's their loss, because I was going to spend $3000 within the next few months for them to fix all my dental problems. I will just find someone else who actually care about my teeth. Oh and if my infection gets worse I am going to sue them. Anyways that was my recent experience with family smiles...

Worst family smiles I've ever been to will never be back to their company I move my children because there was so many problems that they did not see him in my children's teeth get really bad I went in today at 5:00 that's what my appointment time was they still didn't see me it was 6:05 so I walked they didn't even say sorry or give an apology or nothing they could have been in and be like I'm so sorry for the wait be with you soon nothing

They did a filling and didn't clean correctly. I would go with pain complaining and would always say that they don't know why it would hurt. I went to a different dentist only to find out that at this point I need to do a root canal which I have to pay out of MY pocket for something that could have been prevented and they also called me a liar when I submitted the complaint to my insurance. I really hope karma gets back to them. That's what happens when you go to a dentist with no experience you can tell they just got out of school and sadly they have to be running from patient to patient because they don't take the appropriate time with anybody.

Receptionist/ schedulers should advise patients that dentist will not be able to fill any cavities or do any work when you call for appts. As any work needing to be done has to be scheduled on another day. That there is only one doctor that day and is busy. I felt like they just want you to come In To charge insurance for visit. Then make you come another day to charge again. I was upset because I’m in a lot of pain. They didn’t even give me anything for pain or advise what I can do at home to relieve pain as I don’t have the appt till 4- days later.

My husband and I went here and it was awful. My first appointment I had to wait for 3 hours before I was seen. When I went back a dental assistant which didn't say two words to me took my x-rays. After about 30 minutes of that I finally got to see the Dr. who pulled up someone else's x-rays and had no clue who I was. Then my husband had his appointment. This time only an hour wait. He requested to only have two teeth pulled. The dr. ignored his wishes (probably do to making more money) and took out five teeth. While he was working on my husband (hands in mouth) a dental assistant came over and asked him if he had change for a $20 which he proceeded to get. After that he didn't want to go back so I spoke with some rude twit stating that I wanted to re-schedule. She got the BIGGEST ATTITUDE and said that the appointment was made a while back and was "set in stone" I told her that he needed to re-schedule, she said, "I'm just going to cancel his appointment." I told her good! These people only care about billing insurance not patients. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE THEY WON'T TREAT YOU THE WAY YOU SHOULD BE TREATED AND THEY ARE AMATEURS.

Amazing...from front desk, office manager, dental assistants to dentist's. Great team work. Our whole family ranging from 11 to 87 years old cone here. My 87 year old grandfather loves Dr. Lee. Very well kept. Every employee has a welcoming smile and is willing to go the extra mile for new and exciting members.

At first I was relieved the dentist seemed to be very gentle while giving me my shots for 2 teeth to be extracted. I soon learned that I was in trouble. She was so rough twisting my teeth so hard it left my gums shredded. That night I got home and noticed it had a horrible smell coming from the extraction sites. I went in the next day the dentist just rinsed my mouth (quickly might I add) and said it's just healing. So I left confused, concerned and in pain. I couldn't sleep a wink that night and noticed the smell getting stronger and I was feverish and in extreme pain. I went to another Dental office they took very good X-rays like 10 of them, and rinsed my extraction sites with this antibiotic rinse, then packed it with some medicine for DRY SOCKETS!!! Comfort Dental took such good care of me by the time I left I was able to go in to work. That's how much the pain subsided. And it took them maybe 20 minutes to do it. The dentist also prescribed me antibiotics. He couldn't believe that the Family Smiles dentist had not prescribed antibiotics when I went in and told them about the smell and how much pain I was in. The dentist also told me that I indeed had an INFECTION,as well as DRY SOCKET.
Whether the Family Smiles Dentist truly didn't realize, or was just to busy with the 6 other patients that she didn't give me QUALITY CARE I don't know. But I do know one thing. I will NEVER go to FAMILY SMILES again nor will my kids, I will tell everyone I know to be aware. I thank God that my children didn't have to bare that kind if pain because it's horrible. RUN 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️ go to another dental office.
