Ken was very very good I was very happy I recommend this dentist to anybody to dr. They are nothing but an insurance fraud doctor is a joke front desk girl's are a fraud like the doctor didn't pull my husband tooth because he forgot to tell him that he was to take a antibiotics before he never told him anything so instead he wants him to go back in two weeks again His is a fraud don't go to them

Amazing! Both my kiddos and I came here today for the first time. The staff was welcoming, warm, and efficient. The kids waiting area is amazing! The climbing structure, video games, and movie room removed my daughters anxiety over her first dental visit. I have extreme sensitivity and Dr Lee was exceedingly gentle and patient with me. I was blown away by our experience today in every aspect. I recommend them to anyone!

Not very professional like at all, I got a referral from my abq orthodontics office to get four teeth extracted I called to make an appointment here at family smiles and then called abq orthodontics to transfer my referral so I can get it done all in the same day. When I got to my appointment here the dentist didn't even know why I was there they called abq orthodontics as well so I'm sitting there forever and the doctor has the nerve to tell me he can fit me into his schedule even though I made a schedule already so I'm frustrated. When it came down to my teeth being extracted he literally pulls my teeth extremely rough that my head is off the chair and I'm about to burst into tears from the pain the numbing didn't even seem to work from all the rough tugging I wouldn't even recommend this location at all after that day, all I got for pain was ibuprofen nothing for the extreme pain I had in my mouth. When I sat down for my ride nothing but blood pouring out from my mouth even when I got home I bled out so much I started to get super sick and lightheaded I even turned pale I wouldn't come back at all after that experience.

Literally one of the worst experiences of my life Had a root canal done And they left a tooth exposed For almost 2 months now it's infected I've seen better tooth work done in juarez Mexico

So Dentist was great with assistant was not so great she had long hair and kept running it over my child’s faces while they were getting their teeth cleaned..And kept calling him honey baby she even went so far to call my son by his nickname that me and his father only call him by very uncomfortable..And very very UnprofessionalI believe her name was Melanie or Melody I don’t know it was a very uncomfortable experience for me and my children my children got in the car after we left and said that they were very uncomfortable the way she was talking to them and her hair was always in their mouth and she kept putting the tools on top of their chest unfortunate..I’m trying to be peaceful and center myself to be calm and rational but this lady was really pushing the limit for me to react and that’s unfortunate

I take my whole family here, however, I make sure to only schedule with DR. Lee. He is very gentle with my girls and clearly explains everything he is going to do. The other dentist (a female) is rough and abrupt. She did one filling for me and I had to stop her halfway because she was dropping sediment to the back of my throat. Stick with Dr.Lee and you’ll be in good hands!
