They left me waiting on a chair for an hour! I had an appointment and they wear taking care of other patients who arrived there after me! And when I said something they expected me to wait for 20 more minutes for some fillings on a patient that again arrived after I did!!! Then when they told me I could re-schedule if I wanted, the lady that was going to do so treated me very badly like she didn’t even want to help me!

Worst dentist visit in my life, the dentist was rude, unpatient, no compassion whatsoever. If i would of known it was this bad i would of honestly waited till monday to have my tooth pulled. She poked me over 10 times in different spots, cut me to where i needed stitches walked out on me before the procedure because i asked questions, told me in a rude voice "your either ready or not otherwise im not doing it... 😠i was literally in tears from the way i was treated. The dental assistant named Cynthia was so nice she knew i wasnt being treated fairly she whispered to me every chance she got that i was going to be ok and that she was sorry. Over all today is day 5 from that nightmare and im suffering in pain , she supposedly filed a bone down and dug into my gums with her tools all my teeth are hurting i have to see a new dentist in the morning for xrays. She was so mean didnt even bother to tell me her name . where can i report this otherwise?

Horrible place. They send you home to come back again even if your in horrible pain! All they care about is charging money for every visit. I went in for a filling and was there for an 1 just waitingg. My appt was at and the dentist couldnt make it to me. They finally came in numbed only my upper left side to do the filling on only that side for the visit and they took another 30 minutes i had to pick up my kids and i told them nicely that i had to make it in time for pick up and thwy said i had to wait. I had to leave like that with my mouth numbed and they didnt do my fillings they let me go like that!!! Never going back again horrible placee. ZERO STARS

Highly recommend. I called in the morning and they had an opening that day. The wait was not long at all and everyone was very nice. Dr. Maestas was amazing. She was very accommodating and did an excellent job assisting my brother with a cavity. Will definitely be back for cleanings and everything else dental related

My experience with Family Smiles was amazing. The front staff is very knowledgeable about insurances as well as being as prompt and professional at getting you seated on time. My Doctor was Heaven sent. Very compassionate and most importantly very educated as far as what i needed for treatment. The dental assistants at make you feel at ease, and have a good work ethic with the doctor which makes this company all around great and comfortable atmosphere to be in. Im very pleased with my experience at Family Smiles. I will recommend this Dental clinic to a friend.

They got me and quickly due to toothache. The female office/support staff is great.... I was positioned in a dental chair with the top of my head lower than my shoulders and my hips lower than my feet so the blood was constantly rushing to my head... The male dentist Had his chin by my forehead and his forehead by my chin... He repeatedly yanked my lower jaw around to position me... He exerted so much jaw pressure on 4 separate occasions I told him it felt like he was trying to break my jaw... I have TMJ and psoriatic Arthritis... This was for 3 superficial front cavities... I have never felt so manhandled and I was bruised the next day.... 3 superficial cavities... I think he is a sadist...

I'm am the worst patient to have but the staff were amazing and very patient and kind... I had a bad tooth ache and was able to get in right away. The dentist and staff had showed compassion and cared about my pain... he listened and responded... love the service... highly recommend... great job...AMAZING
