I've gone here for years, I've never had any issues. All of the Dental Assistants are awesome along with front desk staff professional. I really enjoy Dr. Kai he takes the time to explain everything.

The staff is very friendly an helpful the only complaint I have is when going on a Saturday they are pretty busy so there is a bit of a wait but other than that I prefer coming to this dentist over a lot of other places I’ve been to.

excellent staff very friendly, answered any and all questions I had. the dentist my son saw was wonderful she is very patient and best of all my son liked her. he is 3 so most parents know it can be hard with little ones. over all I give 5 stars

I would give 0 stars I called day before have a toothache which is not fun I'm old figured I might need it taken out got to my appointment waiting which was fine soon I'd get help then dentist says my tooth is broken up in my gum says needs to be extracted then he says but I'm to busy to do it today well of course I left found a place who will extract it the day I come in so dont go there for help and if your in pain make sure they have time to do their job

On Friday I woke up with severe pain in my tooth it lasted through the weekend and come Monday I could not get an appointment with my regular dentist. So I tried my kids dentist which is Family smiles. It was a different location than where they go to but they took me in right away. They took my x-rays and the dentist was very professional, she was honest. And all she had to do was clean out a area that I had something lodged in. I immediately felt some relief and now today (Tuesday) I am in 100% no pain. At this point I feel like my original dentist would have done more work that would have been unnecessary. So now I will be just continuing with Family smiles. Good job guys!

I scheduled all 3 of my kids the same day. My 4yr old daughter was so scared but the dental assistant and front desk lady were so nice to her and able to calm her down :)

I recently started bringing my daughter here and so far so good! Very nice and doesn’t take to much to wait… Will be bringing my other kid too here soon

Everyone was very helpful. The dentist even went to get some toothbrushes and toothpaste for me. Most places the help does it. Impressive. I’m not easily impressed.
