This place blew me away. I have avoided dentists for longer than I'd care to say, and the folks at Webster Aspen Dental made it so easy. Very informative and understanding. I'd give 10 stars if I could!

The staff is horribly uninformed about what the dentist thinks he needs to do. Several times I've gone in for an appointment to address one thing and the dentist only focused an a new random thing he noticed so that he could schedule me for another appointment (and another appointment fee) for another day to "address the new concerns". This is also the most unprofessional medical staff I have ever had the displeasure of meeting, between the receptionist who gave me conflicting information each time I called, to the hygienist who couldn't manage to guess what 'problem' the dentist was gonna find this time, to the dentist himself rude and careless are the only two words that come to mind. I have never had any problems with the dentist or any procedure for that matter, but I'm now searching for a sedation dentistry dentist due to the, for lack of a better term, trauma of putting up with this dentist office for years. I cried the first time he gave me a Novocaine shot in my gums, come on now those hurt, and he deemed it appropriate to turn to his hygienest and laugh 'come on now it's not that bad'. Yes, yes it was that bad.
Would not recommend this office to anyone looking for an competent dentist. If you like playing phone tag, getting talked down too about you own medical needs, and frustrating miscommunications then this is definitely the place for you.

The stitches weren't done tight enough they came out within a day so I had open wounds in my mouth. The one side of the stitches were to long. The middle wasn't tight enough so anytime I moved my tongue it hit the stitch and it caused it to come out. It was a bad experience all around I don't recommend

I went in for emergency tooth pain, after seeing they do emergency service and walk ins. At first it seemed OK they needed x rays before they could take care of it. After that they try to sell me a bunch of stuff, being in serious pain and wanting to move forward I agreed to a cleaning prior to the extraction. After the cleaning which was brutual, I noticed a chip in my front tooth that wasn't there. I had a appointment schedule for the following week, which i was going to bring the chipped tooth up. the appointment date written on the card was the wrong date so I ended up missing my appointment. Called back the next day to reschedule, they said they could get me in the following week. today is that day. I get there right at 8 when my appointment supposedly starts, only to be told that they don't open till 9? And that I don't have a scheduled appointment. So I contact human resource department hopping they will help ease the situation they said they would talk to the branch manager and dentist to figure out what went wrong. They got back to me fairly quick saying that there is another customer with same first and last name as well as phone number as me and that he had the scheduled appointment at 8 o'clock. Even though they don't open till 9 I asked how this could be only to recieve a very blunt and apathetic response from Cynthia, she tried to tell me it was my fault the appointment was missed and that they called prior to confirm which never happened... she also gave me attitude on why i didn't mention the chiped tooth.. still dont have answers to why there's another me in there system. would have been better of talking to a wall. I requested to cancel the appointment since I have to wait even longer, still in pain and I am very unhappy with there incompetence, poor practice and there willingness to pass the blame on the customer

I had a dental emergency and was very happy with the friendly atmosphere and efficiency, quality and value of the dental work at Webster (NY) office.
I will definitely be referring family and friends, and will be returning there for future services.

This place is terribly cheap! They don’t even give you a face shield for a procedure to cover from water splashing over your face. Can’t they at least have a water dispenser in the waiting area? Worse thing is the dentist works on 2 or even 3 patients while they should only be taking care of you! They call you in and have you wait in your dental chair excessively long. Those commercials are a big joke! I hate them making $5754 out of pocket from me!
I would never recommend this joint to anyone. I’m staying here for now because I don’t want to switch horses midstream. But golly, I can’t wait ‘til it’s all over! 👎👎🤮👎👎

Honestly the only reason this facility isnt getting 5 stars is that I have some serious dental phobia issues. The staff was great and very understanding of when I needed a minute before continuing with the care I was receiving today.

So glad I chose Aspen Dental. From the front desk and everyone else throughout the practice, awesome. You can tell right away that they are a team of professional, courteous, friendly and thoughtful group. I will be returning for all work going forward. And I will definitely recommend them every chance I get. Thank you Aspen staff !!

Perhaps aspen dental should check their settings, and have better communication through their staff. Online it says you accept blue cross blue shield insurance. Yet you don’t. And when I asked if I’d be referred to somewhere that did, the woman doing my x-rays said the front end women would gladly help. Well when the time came to ask, I was told they “don’t do that”. And the guy that examined my teeth was unprofessional. I went in with a hole in my tooth, and despite sticking a tool into it, says it wasn’t a hole. And said it’s possible the nerve was dying. But insisted other teeth be taken care of first. I don’t recommend this dental office at all unless you want mixed messages.
