My first visit at Aspen Dental was disappointed after my insurance deduct 50% and Aspen Dental estimate charged more than $800 dollars for deep cleaning. Even though, I got my deep cleaning treatment about 2 years at Virginia Beach, VA. That was a ripped off for deep cleaning service. I'm not recommend for Aspen Dental for your dental service. Besides that, Aspen Dental staffs was not welcome new customer like other dental office. After I met 4 staffs member, and none of them even say hi or good afternoon, etc.

This was first visit to Aspen dental, I had a two o'clock appointment and had to wait over an hour and only after I went to the receptionist and asked how much longer it would be, she acted like OMG I forgot all about you, I was then taken in to the Xray room for a full mouth Xray and at absolutely no charge, it was the most extensive Xray procedure I have ever had. Good job.
I finally got to have the full exam by the dentist, after listening to all the things that he said I had wrong I felt as if all my teeth were going to fall out within the next couple of months.
On the telephone I originally asked for the price of an extraction for my broken tooth, I was told that as this was my first visit that I would receive a 20% discount on the extraction and the total cost would be $120. I said great and made the above mentioned appointment.
After the devastating news from the dentist I was quoted $1,880. Wow, what a shock that was. That is sure a long way from $120.
The facility was clean and bright. The waiting room was full so I assume that not all the other patients have had the same experience.
This was my first and last visit to Aspen Dental

I had to get my wisdom teeth removed, a root canal, and two crowns. I was afraid, because my friends all had horror stories about their own oral surgeries. I shouldn't have worried. The only thing that hurt even a little bit was my impacted wisdom tooth. They gave me good pain meds, but I didn't need to use them. My insurance participates with them, so it was all fairly cheap for me.

I have been to Aspen Dental in Webster many times. The facility is very clean, and the staff is extremely friendly and professional. As someone who is not very fond of going to the dentist, I can attest to the fact that this dental experience is exceptional. Everyone there shows care and patience above and beyond! Special thanks to the hygienist Meri Jumrukovska ... she is experienced, sociable and sensitive to the needs of her patients, as are other members of the staff. Office Manager Monique is a pleasure with whom to work. Overall, a most pleasant experience, as dentist visits go!

Terrible. I had a dental emergency and didn’t do my research. As I’m new to the area, I don’t have a local dentist. I cracked two teeth that had previously been treated with root canals, and because it was an emergency I didn’t do my homework as far as reading reviews about Aspen Dental. The dentist insisted that the only treatment possible was to pull the upper teeth (ALL OF THEM) and replace them with dentures. I knew that couldn’t be correct so I was able to find a dentist in Oswego who handled the situation beautifully (and now those two teeth are perfect).
After I received the news from Aspen, I read hundreds of horror stories on Google, many of them mentioning exactly what I’d experienced. Save your teeth — go to another dentist.

CONSUMER BEWARE!! This business is out to take advantage of people. Just to make money not care for what the client really needs. I went to this office 6 years ago just for a cleaning and they told me I had gum disease and proceeded to tell me how they were going to set up this expensive plan.. I went to another dentist and they said I had no gum disease! So... I had to go there again recently cause my insurance was limited to where I could go.. Well now they say I have predontal disease and proceeded to tell me how it's gonna cost $1,700 to treate it.. ($140 for a special toothbrush... Really?).. Get this.. I went to another dentist... No predontal disease! They said it's something to keep an eye out on the future but as of now it's nothing to be alarmed about! This company is chop shop and out to sell consumers anything they can to make money!! Aspine dental already has a bad rap and this adds to its poor reputation. If your smart is to stay away from this company or get a 2nd opinion if they want to sell you something more then you think you need or a condition you might have!
