I would definitely call out their business practices as downright shady and not in the best interest of their patients. Do not go there. If you have to, do your research and make sure you ask them if they are giving you the complete information. It always ends up to be different bill than what was initially quoted. They wont tell you that till your procedure is complete in fear of losing business and a customer.
The fact that they do not respond to negative comment just reiterates my point.

I scheduled an appointment for a cleaning and was instead given an exam and xrays and told to come back for a special cleaning.
When clients make appointments for cleanings and free exam and xrays are being taken then it should be made clear that cleaning will actually be a diffrent day following the exam and xray. It was a wast of time for me.

I've been to multiple locations and I'm always happy with their service. Although last time I was there I was sad the girl who cleaned my teeth didn't ask me how often I floss because that's the only time I get to boast about it. I assume if they don't ask, it's because they know you are a freak about it cause they can tell. But I still like to be asked.

Greetings. I had fairly extensive work done here, mostly at their suggestion as to the path we took, to the tune of a few thousand $. Work included extractions and grinding down two perfectly good teeth to anchor crowns/bridges. Bridges have separated, one of the crowns has come loose and I now have to have a root canal perfomed in one of the anchor teeth (which was ground down) and a new crown and bridge ... again to the tune of thousands of $. I no longer live in the area so I contacted an Aspen Dental (8-12 weeks ago) currently local to me to request record of past work to take into a new DENTIST, was informed that they would have to retrieve said records from a central storage facility and have yet to hear back from them. Simply put - I wish I had not taken their advice as to the work I had done, and I wish I had not had my work done here. A caveat - my work was done in 2008 so they may, and probably do, have different dentists now.

The staff, for the most part, was lovely but the dentist himself.. I don't even know his name because he barely introduced himself. I complained about an issue on my tongue that was causing me pain in which he pressed his metal tool into the problem area causing me to audibly yelp in pain. After waiting 45 minutes to see him, I maybe saw him for about 5 minutes where he said he would see me in two weeks and might need a biopsy but here have this mouthwash. I couldn't ask any questions before he left. I thought, maybe there was a long line of patients (no one was in the waiting room with me for the 45minutes I was waiting however) Then when I left he was reading a newspaper in the front room. I wont be coming back here.

After six months of silence, it was good to be able to continue dental treatment again. The dentist was very pleasant and competent, but the billing staff was just as confused as ever.

After having a facial trauma happen over the weekend, i called the office first thing Monday morning. Shannon told me to come right in, and see what we could do. After getting there, Jaye got my xrays done very quickly and to a quiet room to wait for the dentist. I cant say enough great things about Dr. Usteninkov and how he treated me. My front tooth had been completely knocked out and i had severe swelling and facial bruising. I never thought id be able to walk out in only 3hrs keeping all my own teeth! Dr U's skill and knowledge left me feeling extremely comfortable considering this was the first time ive ever needed any dental work done! Many thanks to all the assistants who helped, Doris, Jaye and Taylor. And a thank you to Mike, for being ready to make me a false tooth immediately. Aspen team Webster is the best 😀

Always have had a fear of dentists and unfortunately have let my dental care slip way too much. I developed an abscessed tooth and contacted Aspen Dental. They saw me the same day and I am so thankful I found them. Everybody there was so kind and helpful...nobody judged me for my poor dental care, they seemed to only want to take care of me. Had two teeth extracted and I must say the dentist (Dr. Colon) was so very gentle and caring. I have been always thinking I should someday look into getting dentures but have been afraid...now I am definitely planning on making another appointment at Aspen Dental and plan on getting dentures. So grateful I found them!

Very first time here for check up. Staff at front desk were very nice and helpful. They also communicated what they need from me and what the process is for first timers. Providers were nice and straight forward so there was no messing around. I enjoyed my time there.
